I heard someone say as I sat in the viewing room alone watching some mind numbing surgery that was happening, I turned around to face the person and realised that it was Derek,

I said to him, he smiled at me slightly,
'I've been looking for you every where, what are you doing in here?',
Derek asked me slowly walking towards me and sitting down next to me, I looked towards him,
'I need something mind numbing so an appendectomy seemed perfect for that',
