'Chief, I quit',
I said walking into Chief Bailey's office without even looking at if she was alone. I looked up and realised she wasn't alone, she quickly stood up from her desk,
'uh can you guys give me a-ah give us a minute?',
Bailey asked the people in her office, I left her office and started to head towards the exit. I could hear Bailey trying to catch up to me,
'y/n can we talk about this first?'.
She asked me, I stopped and turned around to face her,
'no Chief, I'm done; I fully resign from my duties here at Grey Sloan and I will not be coming back in for my exit interview',
I said to her. She shook her head at me and slowly moved closer to me but I moved back from her not wanting Bailey to get too close to me. I shook my head at her somewhat telling her to stop, she got the idea and stopped moving towards me,
'I am not accepted your resignation; take some time off okay y/n, I won't give up on you so please don't give up on yourself'.
