How much must I give until it's enough?
How much will it take to end this hurt?
How much will it take to settle the scores?
I can't protect myself from what I never see
I can't heal if it's just on repeat
I give and give
Only for something to take and take
Leave me with nothing and in place a negative balance of pain
Laugh at what you do while I try and sustain this life
How can I continue with such lies?
How much must I endure until you stop playing?
How much must I give until it's enough.
