"Please."

And Evan of course, being a good mate, immediately complied.

...

Evan had tried not to fall asleep and enjoy the first night in his mate's arms after they'd gotten as close as possible, but he'd clearly failed, as he realized the next morning when he opened his eyes. Ryan was in his arms, still asleep, and Evan automatically kissed him on his bare shoulder.

Fortunately, it didn't wake him up, so he was able to enjoy a few more moments in which he replayed in his head what had happened the night before. And a lot has happened. Evan had always known that wolves were superior in stamina, but he'd never been more convinced of it. Luckily for him, wolves also had a better healing ability, so Evan didn't have to worry about his bottom hurting for long. He couldn't imagine how else he would have lasted all day at school, sitting on a wooden chair.

Speaking of school, the relative darkness in Evan's room indicated that he still had time before he had to start getting ready for school and leave the bed that smelled like the best scent in the world. Not just because of his mate, but because it had long since become impossible to tell whose scent was whose, and Evan found that their shared scent was almost like opium.

Ryan wriggled, and Evan quickly loosened his grip so he could turn to face him. This allowed him to witness his mate's opening eyes, and how his beautiful irises, full of hot chocolate, instantly reflected the affection.

"Good morning." Even though it was still fairly early, and Evan wasn't a fan of mornings, he couldn't help smiling.

"Morning," Ryan returned the greeting and snuggled closer to him. A contented smile played on his lips as well, and though his eyes reflected fatigue, his entire being radiated an energy that was impossible to miss.

Evan immediately cooperated and brought him into his arms, but not before he was able to press a tiny kiss to his lips. It was like a dream, realizing that he could do this any time from now on, and he was sure he'd never get enough of it.

"I hate school," Ryan mumbled into his chest, which immediately made Evan chuckle, though he agreed.

"How's your ass?" Evan couldn't help asking. He knew himself how much his hurt and although he didn't like the idea of causing Ryan pain, on the other hand, it was something he could be proud of.

"It hurts, but if we didn't have to go to school..." He didn't have to finish his answer for Evan to know exactly what he meant, since he was thinking the same thing. One could call it soulmate telepathy or perhaps simply teenage horniness.

"For someone with such naughty thoughts, I still haven't gotten my morning kiss."

Ryan, of course, immediately decided to right this wrong, but instead of a small kiss, it quickly turned into a make-out session.

Panting, they pulled away from each other, lying across from the other, and instead of locking lips, they decided to lock gazes again.

"I hate school," Ryan repeated his previous statement.

Evan chuckled again, but this time he agreed out loud. "Me too."

"How much time do we have?" Evan frowned at the question and lifted his head to look over Ryan's head to make sure his phone was on the nightstand.

"Can you look for me?" He nodded his head to indicate where to find his phone and Ryan immediately understood as he turned and picked it up.

"Your bus leaves in an hour," Ryan stated as he checked the time, and Evan immediately began to think about what they could accomplish in an hour, especially if he needed time to get ready.

"I'm seriously thinking about not going to school today," Evan decided to share his thought process.

"Me too, but I think mates should be a positive influence."

"Yeah, because using an empty house to have sex sounds like a positive influence." Evan couldn't help the sarcasm and as usual, it made Ryan laugh.

"Well, if we're going to continue being a bad influence, I think I'll sneak a hoodie out of your closet." Ryan smiled innocently, although there was nothing innocent about what he said. Evan knew exactly which hoodie he was referring to and surprisingly he didn't mind, quite the opposite. He liked the idea of his mate continuing to smell like him and even though he didn't think he was the possessive type.

"Nothing comes for free," Evan warned.

"What do you have in mind?" Ryan decided to ask first because in the position they were in now, there were several things Evan could want, from the pleasant ones to the even more pleasurable ones.

"A trade. If you're going to wear my hoodie, I want yours too."

Smelling like your mate was something close to betrothal in the wolf world, but Evan was surprisingly content with the idea. Frankly, if he could, they'd never get out of this bed again, and not just because of the sex. The thought of getting up and leaving him in less than an hour tore at his insides.

"I like that." This was also indicated by his smile, which was brighter than before. "But I have to warn you, I don't have a black one."

"Doesn't matter." The vast majority of Evan's wardrobe consisted of black, and he was sure his friends would notice if he wore anything colourful, but he surprisingly didn't care. The only thing that mattered to him was the fact that this way he would always have a piece of his mate with him.

"So... what's the plan?"

Ryan left the decision-making up to his significant other, but not because he didn't have his own plan in mind. If it was up to him, they wouldn't budge from Evan's bed either. At least that was what his hand indicated, with which he began to caress his exposed side, subtly pulling the duvet lower and lower.

"How about some fun now and then we can go to your place to get a hoodie and you walk me to the bus." In theory, it was a compromise, not between him and Ryan, but between the devil and the angel who was whispering on his shoulder.

"It's a plan." Ryan obviously didn't need to hear any more because he immediately agreed and decided to seal their little deal with a kiss.

Evan was quickly distracted by his intoxicating mouth and Ryan didn't hesitate to take advantage as he turned him over to tower over Evan again. Memories of last night flashed through his mind and suddenly his arousal level was back to where it had been yesterday. So, he had no choice but to enjoy what Ryan had to offer him and hope that he really would decide to be a good influence in the end, since Evan had completely forgotten about any school at the moment.
