『(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ The Eyes Are The Window to The Soul ♥』

After his 'festive' time at Junhui's apartment, Minghao's been getting more of an off putting feeling than before. At first he did decide to ignore it, like usual, but this is getting too burdensome and it's starting to affect his daily life which is a problem.

"Are you okay, Eisa?" Wonwoo asks, looking at the show Seungkwan's watching on his phone. He seemed quite uninterested but still opted to watch as he had nothing else to do.

"Huh? Oh- fine, why?" The eldest furrows his brows, still not taking his eyes off the phone screen,

"No need to get defensive, it's just that you've been spacing out in the same spot all day." This grabbed Seungkwan's attention as well,

"Haohao, if you have a problem you know you can to to us." Seungkwan's usual bratty and joking tone had turned worried and serious and Minghao couldn't help but feel guilty.

"Really guys, it's nothing. I promise." The two were obviously not convinced but didn't dive further into the topic and the foreigner couldn't help but feel a little bit relieved.

Time passed like that, Minghao spaced out and his roommates tried their best not to notice.

"Come on Myungho, dinner's ready." Said male groans,

"Ramen again?"

"You know damn well no one here is paying for real food."

"Seriously, prices are going up at a ridiculously fast pace."

"Scary." Wonwoo comments as to not be ridiculed later for not contributing to the conversation by Seungkwan.

"Oh yeah!" Seungkwan swallows his food before continuing, "Joshua~hyung said he'll have us for dinner since Hoshi won his dance competition."

"Do you not find it weird you're not only in touch, but friends, with your professor from college."

"He's hot, you know I make friends with hot people."

"How old is Joshua~hyung anyway?"

"Ain't he like 40?" The eldest earned strange looks for that one.

"He's old but he's not that old!" Seungkwan exclaims, pointing his chopsticks and Wonwoo threateningly. The taller, per usuals, had no reaction and continued eating.

"Who cares how old he is, he buys us food and that's all that matters."

"So true king." The three roommates spent dinner like that, having nonsense conversation and participating in playful banter.

+TIME SKIP+

"SEUNGKWAN CAN YOU FINISH GETTING READY TODAY?!" Minghao was on the verge of having a breakdown if said male didn't finish getting ready soon.

"BEAUTY TAKES TIME!" The youngest fixes his hair as he walks out the bathroom, "you think all this was an accident?"

"Yes." Was the foreigner's simple response before he ran out the apartment to avoid being beat. Wonwoo calmly followed the two bickering males after turning off the lights and locking the door.

Todays the day they get free dinner and Joshua's house.

Unlike the broke young adults who has just entered the 'real' world, their beloved hyung had a whole house and lived with his boyfriend and best friend. Minghao had never met Joshua's best friend but based off the stories he's heard he doesn't seem all that bad.

After a lot of arguing and attempting to push each other onto the street, they had made their way to Joshua's house. "Why isn't he opening the door?"

"Have you ever tried ringing the doorbell?" That was a sarcastic question if you couldn't tell. Seungkwan rolls his eyes but did it anyway and behold, the door swung open revealing the light.

Actually it was just Jeonghan's pretty face, but I don't see the difference. "You guys are late." The pretty man states, narrowing his eyes.

"We're not late, everyone else was just early." The youngest arrogantly shoves the elder out of the way and struts in, his other two roommates following close behind.

When Minghao walked inside he did not expect to see the host walking on his hands while carrying a bunch of silverware on his feet. Now, the Chinese knew he had some weird friends, It was a fact, but this sight was just...he didn't even have any words

Another thing he did not expect to see was Wen Junhui sitting in the living room in all of his glory. After their last interaction, the foreigner was hoping they wouldn't meet for awhile but seeing him sit on the couch right in front of him was conflicting. He was wearing such a simple outfit yet still managed to make it look so haughty.

Minghao may have stared too long because the elder had made eye contact with him and had an arrogant grin. It pissed the younger off for some reason so Minghao turned his attention to the group on the floor. The group consisted of an embarrassed Woozi hiding behind his hands, a loud, singing Dokyeom and a very concentrated Hoshi who had his attention solely on the music coming from the laptop in Dino's lap.

They must be listening to one of Woozi's unreleased songs.

The Chinese wasn't really all that interested since he's already heard most of it so he turned to Wonwoo next to him who had a dumb, love struck look on his face as he stared at the person across the room. There was Kim Mingyu chasing Choi Seungcheol, trying to pinch his cheeks.

Wait...

Choi Seungcheol???

Minghao's did a double take and almost tripped over his own feet when he saw his boss from work.

What was he doing here?!

Seungcheol had also spotted Minghao and stopped in his tracks causing Mingyu to bump into his back and almost fall over.

Seriously though, how can such a tall and bulky man be knocked over so easily by things significantly smaller than him?
