“ A-niang!! a-niang!! ”,

Jiang Cheng felt a poke on his cheeks , the sound of someone calling his mom was so loud as if someone was near his bed calling him....Wait a minute!! Jiang Cheng immediately opened his eyes and looked at the purple robe boy sitting beside him on the edge of bed who immediately smiles as he saw him awake ,

“ Good morning a-niang ”, saying the boy jumped in Jiang Cheng embrace. Jiang Cheng was still trying to digest that he had become a mother ,but he still embraced him ,

“ Good morning brat ! How are you awake so early in the morning? ”, Jiang Cheng said pulling Jingyi's cheeks. He was now a ten years old bubbly boy looking quite similar to his teenage look .

“ I woke up when baba was going. He bathed and dressed me up before going.”, Jingyi said getting down from the bed and running towards xichen bed ,

“ Xichen left ? So suddenly? He was so persisted to look after Jingyi and now he suddenly left ? ”,

Jiang Cheng was busy in thoughts when Jingyi took a letter from the back of pillow and walked back to him ,

“ Baba told me to give you this ! ”, he said showing the letter to Jiang Cheng. Jiang Cheng took the letter and opened it ,

Dear wanyin ,

I sorry to leave so suddenly but a disciple from gusu came early in the  morning. He told me shushu has asked for my presence. I can't tell you but it's an emergency or else , I wouldn't have left you and a-yi alone. I didn't wake you cause you were sleeping so peacefully . So, I am leaving this letter to you. I will be back soon , wait for me...

Jiang Cheng didn't even realised when he unconsciously smiled at ‘truly and only yours ’ ,

“  He is such an idiot, what does he even trying to imply?! ”,

“ A-niang!! I want to eat . ”, Jingyi said looking at the smiling sect leader.

“ Lets get you breakfast but after I get fresh up . So be a good lan and sit here . ”, saying Jiang Cheng left. After getting ready he came and found Jingyi doodling on papers ,

“ What are you doing? ”,

“ I am drawing! ”, Jingyi smiled looking at the presence of his mother. Jiang Cheng walked towards him taking a closer look , he saw four different straight lines with four line connected at the top and bottom making it look like scarecrow,

“ What are you even drawing ? ”, Jiang Cheng asked with a confused face . Jingyi pointed at the tallest and white scarecrow ,

“ Baba ! ”,

Then, he point at the second tallest but shorter than first one , it was purple ,

“ A-niang ”,

Then he point at the smallest white one ,

“ A-yi ”,

At the last making a face , he pointed at the small yellow one but taller than him ,

“ Jin ling - gege ”,

Jiang Cheng didn't even know what to react , he was not shock on seeing himself as scarecrow, what could one expect from a 10 years old boy but what surprised him more was Jin ling being included in his family tree,

“ Why haven't you drawn grandmaster lan or the other lan boy you roam with? Why Jin ling ? ”,

Jingyi blinks before shaking his head ,
