I'M UNDESERVING...

Jingyi had thought that after telling Sect Leader Jiang about the kidnapping of his precious nephew, he would witness the anger and furry of the fearsome sandu shenghshou. He may get whip by zidian too , for not paying attention to the young sect leader —But of all the reaction Jingyi could imagine , ‘ A peaceful lunch ’ , wasn't even in list!. Jingyi doesn't understand if sect leader Jiang get what the letter meant or not . He himself don't know how he ended up on the dining room of the pier with the pier's master who is silently sipping tea and giving him few looks , while he was served freshly made spicy lotus root stir fry with dim sum . Holding the chopsticks Jingyi was scared to eat, what if sect leader Jiang wants to poison him because he wasn't able to protect his precious nephew,

“ Do you have any problem ? ”,

Jingyi get startled when Jiang Cheng questions him ,

“ Umm..n..no. I'm sorry, I should have been more careful otherwise nothing like this would have happen! ”, Jingyi said looking down , hoping that the Sect Leader would be pleased enough to let him go back to his sect alive .

Jingyi looks up when he heard the tapping on table , Jiang Cheng with a big frown was looking at him like he was so done with something!

“ Does your clan's people's food , doesn't get digest if they don't blame themselves for the things that don't even concern them ? ”,

“ No ”, Jingyi shakes his head in no .

“ Did you kidnapped that brat ? You were on a night hunt with your FRIEND! Not with a Sect leader whom you follow and take orders. You were there as his companion not to protect him as a subordinate! Though you should have been more alerted but blaming like this is fucking ridiculous!! And now if you don't want to starve yourself , you should eat . I don't have whole day to wait for you .”, Jiang Cheng scolds the younger who seems to be pleased by getting scolded . He immediately picks his chopsticks and started eating, even though the food was different from gusu , he didn't had trouble in eating. He could eat spice unlike the lans in the sect only if it's not made by wei wuxian.

Soon Jiang Cheng's head disciple and right hand man enters the room and bows to their sect leader . Jiang Cheng orders his head disciple to take few Jiang disciple and go to Lanling in case there is attack in the absence of their sect leader . He orders his right hand man to guide the pier as he will leave for gusu in a while . He doesn't tell them about Jin ling's kidnapping but made sure they both stays alerted. Both nods in understanding and left to follow their master's order .

Jiang Cheng glanced at the young lan who finished two plates of dim sum and was going for the third one . Jiang Cheng smiles at that, he was not blind to see how desperately the younger came all way from yueyang to yunmeng. By listening to Jingyi he knew that the younger hadn't ate since last evening. One may call it the instinct that he got from taking care of Jin ling , that he can tell how hungry the younger was . By age and looks he remind him of Jin ling and by behaviour he reminds him of wei wuxian but despite of that , the younger had his own special personality which catches Jiang Cheng attention from time to time . Making his small place inside Jiang Cheng's heart .

Soon they both left on their swords for gusu . When they entered gusu , they saw wei wuxian and lan wangji walking towards the gate with little apple , shocked to see Jiang Cheng in gusu . Jingyi bows to them and wei wuxian tried to speak with Jiang Cheng , but Jiang Cheng lifts his hand to stop him,

“ Keep it to yourself all your explanation! Tell me what you are gonna do now?”, said Jiang Cheng with indifference. Wei wuxian blinks in confusion,

“ About what ? ”,

“ About Jin ling's matter ?”,

“ Jin ling ? What happened to him?”,
