Takemichi's pov

On this fateful day, I was seated at Sugoaku, a well-known ramen restaurant in Kawata town.

This place was run by the renowned Kawata twins, who were well-known
for their authentic ramen dishes.

As usual, Hina was sitting beside me as we celebrated the beginning of our journey together as an engaged couple.

The evening had a dreamy,
yet sentimental feel as we reflected on the many preparations that lay ahead in our journey towards marriage.

However, despite the excitement of the moment, my thoughts kept drifting back to a piece of news I had heard earlier.

Several Bonten gang members had been spotted at the Finn Club,
a popular hotspot in Tokyo.

There were 6 men
along with 1 woman....

The sight of such nefarious individuals had made me feel unsettled,
as I couldn't ignore the dark underbelly of the criminal underworld.

An white haired male and midnight blue haired woman had immediately caught my eyes.

'That tattoo symbol...
where have I seen it?'
I was lost in thought,
staring into my cup of lemonade.

"Hey! are you listening to me?!"
Hina raised her voice slightly;
gaining my attention.

"Yes, i am—i am!
the dress is so pretty, right?"
I hastily answer.

"I was talking about our
ceremony rehearsal!"
My fiancé said,
an irk mark appeared on her head.

"Heres your orders."
Angry had presented us with two steaming bowls of ramen.

The scent of sweet and savory broth permeated the air, causing my stomach to growl audibly—We thanked him for the delicious-looking meal
before diving in without hesitation.

As I took my first mouthful,
I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort wash over me.

Across the table from me,
My eyes had wandered to a picture frame hanging on the wall—so Angry followed my gaze, wondering
what could have caught my interest.

"Oh that! the photo we
took on the 8th of march."
He exclaimed; his blue orbs eyeing the picture of the Toman members.

"That's all my youth there in Toman!"
Smiley chimed in, his grin widen as a sense of nostalgia hit.

My eyes then settled on an bow with the Toman logo on it;
it looked oddly familiar.

"That bow..."
I murmured the words
under my breath.

"Oh that? That's [Name]'s,
Mitsuya let us have it—man!
she was such a gem."
Smiley chuckled reminiscing the girl.

"I miss her,"
Souya's lips turned down at the mention of the girl.

"Hm, I wonder when she'll be back from America—I'm sure she'll love to
try your ramen."
Trying to lighten the mood, I said.
