Chifuyu's house
There Baji was eerily silent as he watched the two of you playing Street Fighters while you were seated next to each other on the beanbag chairs.
"Bahaha! You're terrible at this Chifuyu!" you teased while quickly tapping on various controller buttons.
Then the round then came to an eventual end, in which you miraculously won.
Little did you know the blonde was simply going easy on you.
"I win, you lose, haha, sore loser!"
As you took up Peke J, you laughed. And made the small black feline perform a brief victory dance.
"Did you see that, Baji? I won!"
You caressed the black purring cat and smiled smugly.
Your grin quickly vanished as you observed that he was utterly out of it as he remained staring at the Chifuyu and you without even blinking.
"Are you good Baji?"
Chifuyu asked as he appeared to have noticed as well.
"It's nothing, I'm fine."
He muttered, casting a sidelong glance.
You then exchanged looks
with Chifuyu for a few seconds,
to which we both quickly
shrugged it off.
"REOWWWW!!!"
Everyone turns to gaze in the direction of the bed in response to this sudden outburst only to witness Peke J. and Bunny fighting.
"Oi! Split it up you two!"
Both you and Chifuyu yelled,
As you moved over to collect
your pets and split them up from their little fight.
"Let them be, that's just how they play." Baji stated, casting a sidelong glance towards the pair.
"I know, but that's too damn rough!"
You exclaimed as you inquisitively peered at your pet.
"Obviously, it is in their nature to behave that way."
The male with raven hair then approached and removed the white cat from your arms.
After petting the cat for a bit,
he abruptly stops.
"Hold on a second."
Baji held the cat up and peered
at its belly with narrowed eyes.
"What is it?"
You approached him and eyed the feline rather perplexed.
"Look!"
He then pointed at her stomach, which had grown noticeably swollen.
"No, that's impossible!"
In denial, you shook your head.
