This is a Divergent Fan-Fiction short story involving Eric and Tris. 

Eric gets injured on an assignment through Factionless. It's a routine inspection but something goes awry and he gets seriously injured. He's taken to the hospital in Erudite and life-saving surgery is performed on him. He's fortunate to have survived the attack. He's forced to take time off and recover from the severe wounds he's sustained. As he's in the infirmary in Dauntless receiving care, he finds himself falling for his new nurse who's exceptionally attractive and personable. She looks familiar and he just can't place how he knows her.
