it was mid-fight when Bakugou noticed something was up. He was just finishing off his opponent when he saw that Izuku was nowhere to be seen. "Hey, Pinky! Have you seen Deku anywhere!?" "Aww is Bakubae worried about his boyfriend~" "Just stfu and answer my question damnit!" "Fine, I saw him and his opponent take things out of the arena." Bakugou ran to the exit of the building and saw Izuku fighting a villain. He recognized the villain as Shigaraki, (Idk if that's how it's actually how it's spelled😅). He yelled out to Izuku, not knowing that his choice would risk everything he had ever loved. "Deku!" Izuku turned his head towards the sound of the tall blond's voice, distracting himself from the fight.
Shiggy took that as a chance to finally get rid of his enemy once and for all. As Izuku was distracted he reached out and touched him, denigrating him on the spot. Bakugou watched in horror as his one true love turned to dust before his eyes. "Bahahaha. Is the poor little hero sad that I killed his boyfriend?" Bakugou just stood there and let his tears run down his face. "I never got to ask him boyfriend actually." He whispered. "What was that brat?" "I said I never got ask him. I hope you know that you are no better than the heroes you call corrupt. You are just as bad, if not worse."
Shigaraki walked up to Bakugou, and hugged him. "I'm - i'm sorry little hero. I know that's not gonna fix anything now, but I will just let you know if I did not do this my master would have killed me instead. He is a ruthest monster and he wanted the child dead." He let go of Bakugou and walked away, leaving Bakugou to cry. He ran up to where Izuku ashes are and started grabbing at them and putting them in his pockets. He came inside and made a b-line straight to his room. Bakugou emptied a vase his mother had put flowers in the last time she was there, and started putting Izuku's ashes in it instead.
Bakugou's POV
'I need to tell Deku how I really feel about him, even if he can never answer me back anymore.(He is using Izuku's favorite song in this Au, Home - Alvin & The Chipmunks)
