Like have some manners please!!

I picked out some shorts and a cropped tank top as always and walked into my bathroom to shower everything was already in there so I put my clothes on the dry countertop and began to take off my clothes to get in the shower and feel fresh again.

After my shower I got dressed and walked downstairs to go check on the cookies since I completely forgot about them I pulled the door to the oven down and pulled the tray out with the oven glove.

Inspecting the cookies they thankfully weren't burnt so I put the tray back in and pushed up the oven door.

Taking off the glove I walked back up to my room and as soon as I got in I didn't waste anytime in taking off the bed sheets, I put them in the dirty laundry basket in the lil storage cupboard while I was at it I took out some fresh bedsheets and pillowcases.

I put them on the bottom of the bed and put the pillowcases on first and everything else that came after that, once I was finished I got under the covers and picked up my laptop ready to watch something until I fell asleep.

As I was typing in my password Layla came into the room, "Lani someone is at the door".

Mentally groaning I put my laptop to the side "where are your parents?"

"Ermmm mommy is asleep and daddy went out" she said with a lil shrug, but I'm happy she didn't try to open the door, getting out my bed I put my crocs back on and followed behind Layla.

Once I got to the front door I looked through the peep hole and saw Kay's headass, but then I remembered the cookies walking as fast as I could to the kitchen I turned off the oven and opened the door up to let the heat out and went back towards the front door.

Opening the door with a straight face, he looked up and put his phone in his pocket "what do you want?"

"Nobody here for you nigga" he walked in the house and picked up Layla who was standing behind me.

"You like Layla more than you like Bree" I scoffed then closed and locked back the front door.

"I see Bree everyday she'll be aight" rolling my eyes I walked into the kitchen and put the oven glove on so I could take out the cookies and see if they got burnt, but it's only been about ten, fifteen minutes so I pray that they ain't burnt.

I took out the first one and put it on the stove and luckily they didn't burn, taking out the others I put them next to each other and broke off a piece so I could see it tasted good.

Kay, Layla, Bree and Leon walked into the kitchen and the three of them got excited and ran around the kitchen island table.

"I'm sorry but you gotta wait till they cool down" I told them and they all sulked, "it's gonna take a few minutes ya lil asses always sulking" I muttered.

As I was placing the cookies onto a plate Kay moved to stand next to me and put his arm around my shoulder "get off me" I tried to shrug off his shoulder but it didn't work, "your arm is weighing me down" I groaned and moved out the way and his arm dropped to his side.

"Layla why ya sister keep playing wimme?" He asked her and she shrugged as her eyes shifted between the both of us, "she said some bout me?" He got comfortable on the chair and I watched to see if Layla is gonna go lie to this man.
