I honestly lost motivation (as if that wasn't obvious) for this book a long while ago but I didn't wanna just discontinue it, so I just pushed on through.
I originally was gonna have the ending be where venti and Aether's love was gonna be forbidden by some abyssal king (maybe someone who's a father figure to aether), hence the phrase that was mentioned wayyyy back in the beginning of the book.
"Perhaps in another lifetime"
As in, maybe in some other timeline, we can be together.
Now, if you're gonna ask what book I'm gonna do next, I'm probably not gonna post anything new for a while. I'll focus on my ddlc book as that hasn't died horribly for my motivation (thank goodness)
