Milly: Cynthia's done shortlisting from the applicants. There's ten left. I went over them and left a note on the top three I think would fit our brand best. Personally, I like Joy.
Evander: Nasend mo na sa email?
Milly: Wait. Sending.

Milly: I asked to be given business control, that's why I need to make an effort. I can't exactly be a dead weight or else someone will... 😂
Evander: Wag mo na ituloy. Baka magising yung dragon 😅 Ikaw ba mag-iinterview sa mga to?
Milly: Cynthia's better suited to do that. Unless you wanna talk to the applicants too?
Evander: Wag na si cynthia na. Wala naman akong alam sa recruitment 😂
Milly: May portfolios na kasama yung application, so that'll at least make the selection easier for us.

Kai: Nakita ko na lahat. Bakit tong Joy yung gusto mo? Di hamak na mas mahaba experience nitong isa?
Milly: Which one?
Kai: Sonny Vergara.
Milly: Ah, he's my second choice. Is he your first?
I did think he has solid experience, but after checking their portfolio and social media presence, I just felt like Joy is more in touch with the market we have. Her ideas and designs are fresher and more adventurous too. Sonny, I think, plays by the rules more.
We can go with Sonny if you want him. I won't be too anal on this.
Kai: What's wrong with playing by the rules?
Milly: Wala. That's why I said it's also fine if you want him instead. Are we gonna fight over this? 😂
Evander: Huy 😅
Kai: I was asking a legitimate question. If it's not obvious yet, I didn't study marketing.

Milly: Agree. Joy's more colloquial.
Kai: Siya na unahin sa interview. Kung maayos naman, wala nang rason para kausapin pa yung iba.
Milly: I thought you wanted Sonny?

Kai: I was only clarifying why he was placed as a second choice.

Evander: Balik ka ba sa wyld bukas milly?
Milly: Thurs pa, why?
Evander: Tatanong sana ako kung ano pwede maitulong. Puro kayo ang kumikilos kasi eh nakakahiya naman.
Milly: Haha it's okay. I'm enjoying pa naman. But you both will eventually need to taste and judge the new dishes and mixes soon.
Evander: Kelan ba?
Milly: I don't know yet. They're not yet done finalizing the final taste, so it might take a while.
Evander: Ok ok sabihan mo na lang kami. Daan ako bukas at sa thurs para kausapin din sila. Dagdag trabaho din yan kaya siguraduhin na lang na nakanote yung mga ot nila. Treat din kita nang makabawi.
Milly: Date? 🙈
Evander: 😅
Milly: Jk lang. There's no need naman but I appreciate the gesture.
