Lawrence Calmen had just moved into a new apartment in New York. As a construction worker, he was always on the move, but this time he wanted to settle down and have a place to call his own. He was on the phone with his friend, Mark, telling him about how great the apartment was.
"Mark, you have to come check out my new place. It's got a great view of the city, and it's in a great location. I can walk to work from here."
