Chapter Twenty Four

"I'm here." My phone pinged as Jordan's message shone on the screen, I couldn't help but hug my phone of my chest as I twirled around the room. I picked up my coat and slipped on some sliders, running down the stairs and out the front door. I could hear my parents call my name but I simply ignored them and rushed outside.

There in the front of my house was Jordan sat in his Audi black car. His hair looked a little longer, his beard was now fully grown out. He no longer looked like the boy who made my days in school better, he was now the man who owned my heart. When his eyes met mine, I could feel the hitch in my breath, I could hear my heart pounding in my years. The man I loved gave me the softest smile and before he could say anything else, I swung open his car door, chucking myself into his arms. I didn't even care that my ass was setting off the horn in his care.

"Someone missed me." He softly stated as he chuckled.

"So so so much." I replied. I could feel the tears roll down my cheek. He lifted me up and placed me in his passenger seat, after he strapped my seatbelt on. Before I knew it the windows were rolled down and my hair was flickering all over the place. I didn't have to ask where we were going, because he was taking us to our spot.

There he parked the car and picked up a bag before grabbing my hand and taking me to our bench. It was there that he pulled out some drinks and sandwiches. There we spoke about anything and everything, both us forgot the world outside of us and back into our bubble we disappeared. He was apologetic for not replying, he said he was having a hard time and didn't want to worry me as I had my exam resits during the time. I couldn't help but soften at his words. While I was busy thinking he was cheating, he was thinking of my well-being.

As the sun started to set, I snuggled into his embrace.

"I love you so much, you know that right Louise?" He questioned. There was a slight weariness in his tone.

"I know you do." I looked up at him with tears welled in my eyes. "I love you so much more."

With that we both kissed and before I could realise what was happening, both of us were pulling each other's clothes of and making love under a sky filled with stars.
