Chapter 21 - "clearing my mind"

"of course I didn't!" I say with a awkward laugh,
"anyways, for some reason, I feel like he is into me" she says, I don't want to believe her.

"I also feel like I just pissed him off" 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘮𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺.
"I think so yeah" I agree,
"should I confess my feeling for him? because I don't know how to make him feel better" she says.

now I don't know if I should encourage her or not, I try to think of some excuses, and I find a perfect 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 instead of an excuse.

"he has a gf, Lexi." I say,
"did u not hear him? he sounded like he was stuck in a relationship with Hannah, I feel like when Hannah will be back, he is going to break up with her anyways, so I'm going to confess, I do not care" she says and leaves.

I needed to clear up my mind, so I just decide to go to Liz, I think everyone needs a person in their life to whom they can share everything, just like how I have Liz.

I unlock the door of my apartment and go look for Liz first, I don't even knock on her door, I directly enter her room jumping on her bed

"learn manners, Daisy!" Liz says and throws a pillow at me,
"screw manners- I have sooo many things to tell u!" I say,
"me too me too!" she says putting her hands up,
"me first please" i say with puppy eyes,
"ok ok what happened?" she asks,
"long story short, Lexi likes Dylan and she has a feeling Dylan likes her back-" I say with a sigh,
"well I knew that was coming" Liz says,

I nod slowly while squeezing my lips

"wait a minute, Dylan and Hannah are still a thing right?" Liz asks,
"yeah but things aren't that good between them, seems like Dylan is gonna break up with her soon"
"do you think Dylan likes Lexi?" she asks,
"I don't know... he flirts with me too, it's hard to tell" I say with a shrug,
"Look, he 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 has a gf, who is Hannah, our 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱, so you should talk with him and clear everything out" Liz says,
"yeah yeah, of course, anyways what did you wanted to say?" I ask,
"soooooo...."
