First Love

Chapter 25

I select the cutest and the prettiest dress I have. I am finally meeting him after two whole months and I am really excited. His boards were going on so we decided not to meet and it was more like he was not allowed to leave his house. His parents like other Indian parents are very strict about boards. 

I wear the pretty pink floral dress. It reaches till my knees and I have always found myself so cute in this dress. We are not going to be alone though his all friends, Shraddha, Ayush and I will all be there. They all went crazy and wanted to meet too. I mean can't they let us have some alone time. What is their exact problem? and how is even Ayush got to know about this?

"Hello" I said picking up Shraddha's call 

"Are you coming" Shraddha said as I answered the call and I made a irritated face

"Yeah, I am coming its my date with my boyfriend" I said a little loud. I and Rishi have been saying stuff like this since the last two weeks so that some of them get a hint that we don't want them with us but they don't even try to understand

"Ok, then see you outside your house in five minutes" she said chirpily and I scoffed in disbelief. She disconnected the call and I looked at my hair and dress one more time before going downstairs. I get a miss call from Shraddha and get up from the sofa in the living.

"Mummy, I am leaving. Shraddha is here" I said heading towards the door and saw my peeking out from the kitchen

"Ok. Be back on time" mummy said as I opened the door and I gave her a smile and closed the door. I saw Shraddha standing outside my door and I waved at her moving towards her.

"Hello beautiful" Ayush said as he saw us walking in the restaurant and I rolled my eyes. He is getting more and more frank with each day I talk to him

"Don't flirt with my girlfriend" Rishi said and I got a huge smile as my eyes get fixed on him. He was looking very cute in his jeans and shirt. I must say that boys don't even have to try to look good. They mostly just have good genes. I don't know how

"I am not flirting with your girlfriend. I am flirting with the one walking beside her" Ayush said and gave a look to Shraddha. I glanced at Shraddha and saw her rolling her eyes too. She went and sat beside Dhruv and I sat beside Rishi, obviously.

"She is not interested either" Dhruv said with a sour face to Ayush and I turned my attention towards him. Well, what is going on here? I felt a hand snaking in mine and turned to see Rishi holding my hand in his. I smiled at him.

"You look really beautiful" he said in my ear and I blushed a little before giving him a smiling and muttering a thank-you so no one else could hear us

"You look nice too" I said complimenting him and looking over his outfit once again. He smiled and pulled my hand closer. He kept our entwined hands on his thigh.

"So why didn't you both go on a date alone" Ayush asked and Rishi and I turned towards him with our eyes shooting glares at them all and saw a mischievous smile on Dhruv's face. I should have guessed it was his stupid idea.

"Okay, sorry" Ayush said moving his hands like surrendering and continued a conversation with Aryan. I looked back at Rishi and he smiled at me.

"So, my results will be out in a month" he said and I nodded my head as if asking him to continue

"I wanted to see them with you" he said a little hesitantly and I smiled

"Sure. But don't your family wants to see it with you?" I said and saw Rishi's expression change into a grin.

"They would have buy they all are busy for that day and I don't want to be alone.Where do you think we should meet" he asked and I shrugged and nodded my head. His family has always been very busy

"Maybe where there is good wifi and a laptop" I said stating the most obvious thing because the only places I could think were my house and a cyber cafe and I don't really like cyber cafes.

"Why don't you meet at his house" Shraddha said and I turned towards her with wide eyes. They all are again listening in our conversation

"That's not a good idea. My parents will ask too many questions" Rishi said without even wasting a second and I turned towards to look at him

"Then meet at her house" Dhruv said now chipping in and I shook my head

"We can meet at my house" I said slowly trying to understand what Rishi's reaction would be

"Won't your parents mind" he said and I shrugged

"I don't know and I always believe that they are pretty cool. And whatever happens we will find out about it that day only" I said nonchalantly and took a sip of my soft drink that just arrived. I was very nervous about this but thought to play it cool. It won't hurt anyone anyway.

"What will you introduce me as?" He asked looking a bit worried

"Rishi" I said in a duh tone and he gave me a look and I chuckled

"Don't worry. I will figure something out" I said patting his shoulder and he nodded as all of us concentrated on the food.
