A/N: As I'm sure most of you remember, this story was one of my reader's favorite stories in my last book before it was deleted. I am so privileged to have had this work saved by a friend so I can now bring it back to you all edited, and finalized with its ending parts!

The taxi drops me off at one of the largest homes I have ever seen, it easily takes my breath away.
Nervous, I gulp thinking about starting today I will be in charge of the meals at this very home..
I'm so used to picking up small gigs on Job Indeed, like a babysitter, housekeeper, or dog walker. But becoming a live in Chef is a first for me..
However with my passion for food, it's always been my dream job.
The cab driver nearly kicks me out of his car. I guess I am taking too long.
I hitch up my one suitcase and leave the big yellow vehicle landing my foot right into a puddle.
"Christ!" I chuckle softly. "Well if that isn't a sign I don't know what is!"
The Cabby stares at me in annoyance.
"Lady." He barks. "Shut my door please, you're letting my heat out!"
Well nice to joke with you too asshole..
I shut the door and watch the taxi drive out of the long entrance..
For some reason, I watch the car as if I were seeing my only escape route leaving, but I know it's just my crazy nerves. First day jitters is all!
Stepping over dead vines and unswept steps, I become even more curious to what this family is like.
I hesitate to knock on the door being that the antique knocker is a bit, uhh.. terrifying.
