(A/N: I fixed a bunch of grammar mistakes I hadn't noticed before in the previous chapter. Cool.

Also, 4477 words chapter. Nice

Also also, when I wrote half of this chapter, it magically disappeared on me. This is pain. A thousand words down the god damn drain.

Note to self : Never ever accidentally or not try to copy and paste images into a chapter.

Edit : I almost lost half of the chapter again. Saved it at the last minute though. Phew, close one)

(Rimuru's Perspective)

And with that, the fight against the direwolves came to an end

I am I bit worried that I went too far, but it's already in the past now

Besides, things turned out well in the end, so worrying about it is useless

Currently, I am walking through the village, while holding Ciel-san's hand

The goblins began to cheer at us because of my victory against the direwolves

At this point, I have become used to things like these, but that doesn't make them less embarrassing

Well, it's quite late at night, so I tell the goblins to go get some rest, meanwhile I tell the direwolves to stand by for the night

Ciel-san and I make our way to a newly constructed house

To be honest, it was only in the starting levels of what can be called a 'house', but I was fine with it

It is a testament to the goblins' hard work, after all

I lead Ciel-san inside

Here, the goblinas had prepared a mattress for us

They were filled with gratitude to us for protecting their village, so they decided to secretly build a house reserved for Ciel-san and me

We actually knew what they were doing, due to Universal Perception accidentally discovering it, but we decided to keep it a secret

I didn't want to ruin their plans, after all

And so, I promptly sit on the mattress

"Ciel-san" I started speaking "...want to sleep?" I ask

"But Master, this body doesn't require any sleep, and I also need to keep Master safe" She instantly rejects me

Every time I went to sleep, Ciel-san would be on stand by, ready to protect me from anything

But, I wasn't having that

Now that Ciel-san wasn't inside of my mind, I realized that I could understand her more

She, works very hard for my sake

To be honest, I still do not know why

What makes it worse, however, is that she never takes a break

She never rests

That is why, I am feeling a little guilty

"Ciel-san...you should sleep. It's an order" I say

Even if she wanted to reject it, if I say it is an order, Ciel-san will not be able to go against it

"Understood. Activating [The Lord of Justice "Michael"]'s Castle Guard, [The Lord of Retribution "Metis"], Haze of the Formhide art and Threat-Response mode in order to absolutely make sure that Master will be safe"

Uwaaa, that's totally overkill!

I mean, when did Ciel-san even find the time to analyze [The Lord of Retribution "Metis"], Zalario's Ultimate Skill?
