(A/N : Point of View chapter this time. Started writing this the same day as the last chapter, but due to a power outage in my neighborhood that lasted for like 4 hours, I put this out late :(  )

(A certain dwarf King's Perspective)

I have a headache

Most of the things the Voice of the World said yesterday were unintelligible

But only one sentence was enough to destabilize the whole country

"The True Dragon of [Redacted] has come upon the world. His name, [Redacted], shall bring dread to all who hear it huh?" Such a murmur escapes my mouth

Another true dragon. As if 3 of them weren't enough

They are all monsters, only this word can describe them

They can lay waste to mountains, oceans, cities, even continents

Thankfully, until know, only 3 true dragons were known

I will not even comment about the fact that the Voice called the new one the Fifth true dragon

Of those 3, the 2's existence was starting to be doubted, because they had not appeared in the world for a very long time

The only one who is mainly a threat, is the storm dragon, Veldora

A dragon with absolute control over storms, a walking calamity, what one could classify without a doubt as a Special S rank monster

However, Veldora had been sealed by the hero in the great forest of Jura about 300 years ago,

So the world had finally begun to forget about the sheer terror of his existence

But now, the whole world was reminded

Reminded of the absolute, inescapable, irresistible and  irrefutable dread these beings' existence brings

The moments after the Voice of the World stopped talking, it happened

We felt "it's" haki

"It's" pressure

If that was meant to be a joke, it was not funny in the slightest

Comparing "it's" haki to Veldora's felt like a massive insult

The...thickness of the haki could easily suffocate a person

Even for a king of a big nation like me, I have never ever seen such a malicious and destructive haki

It's density could make someone believe that the haki had materialized

No, others may be clueless, but I know

'Something' had stopped it from materializing

"It" knew what it was doing

"It" was...announcing it's domineering self to the world

Because of such a simple act, the act of existing, it had destabilized my country in an instant

Miraculously, no one died from its haki
