14. Sister

"Your sister?" Taehyung questioned still looking at Y/N intently.

"Mr Kim are you feeling alright?" Jungkook asked as he was confused by his boss's behaviour but Taehyung just ignored him.

"Y/N, don't you remember me?" He asked and tried to take a step closer to her but Jungkook moved forward covering her even more.

"Sir please stop. You are making her uncomfortable." Jungkook said as he pushed the other male back ever so slightly.

If this man continued to make Y/N uncomfortable then Jungkook wouldn't mind losing his job for beating up his boss.

"Oh... I'm so sorry I didn't mean to. I'm just so happy to see you after so long Y/N." Taehyung responded as he took a step back not wanting to make her uncomfortable anymore.

"S-so you knew me before?" Y/N hesitently asked as she moved slightly from behind jungkook but still clutching onto his shirt just in case the man tried to do something.

"C-can we please go talk in private so I can explain things?" Taehyung asked not answering her question.

Y/N looked up at Jungkook as if she were asking him for permission. He let out a heavy sigh before nodding.

As much as he wanted to keep her away from her past since it got her into this mess he knew he couldn't. They needed to find out what had happened to her before he found her in those woods.

Taehyung then led them to an office type of room where they all sat in silence for a couple of minutes not knowing where to start the conversation. Taehyung couldn't help but to just stare and admire Y/N which made her shift uncomfortably in her seat.

He soon snapped out of his little trance when he saw her shift toward Jungkook who immediately wrapped his arm around her securely.

"So what did you want to say?" Jungkook asked knowing this would go on forever if nobody spoke.

Let out a small sigh before looking down.

"I'm her brother." He answered and looked at them waiting for their reaction.

"W-what?" Y/N stuttered in shock looking at him as if he had gone crazy.

"I know you might find it crazy to believe but I am your brother. Four years ago you disappeared and I have been looking for you since. When I saw you earlier I could not believe that you were actually here Y/N. I missed you so much." Taehyung explained as a few tears dropped from his eyes.

Jungkook and Y/N just stared at the man in shock not really knowing what to say. They had both though about the possibilities of Y/N's family being out there somewhere but they didn't really think they woul meet them because of how many years had passed already.

"I-I don't know what to say." Y/N said making Taehyung nod.

"How can we know what you are saying is the truth?' Jungkook asked still protectively hold an arm around her.

Y/N meant the world to him and he would be damned if he ever let anything bad happen to her. She was like a little sister to him even if there was a possibility of her being older than him.

Taehyung didn't say anything as he pulled his phone out of his pocket and showed them a picture of both him and Y/N. He had taken the picture a little while before she had been kidnapped.

They both stared at the picture in shock. Jungkook was only in shock because Taehyung actually had evidence of him and Y/N being siblings while Y/N was in shock because of the huge stomach she had back then.

"I-I was pregnant?" She questioned as she took a hold of her so called brothers phone and inspected the picture even further.

Jungkook couldn't help but to look at her sadly as he knew that he had told her this before but because of the trauma she experience she forgot.

"Y-yes..." Taehyung answered hesitantly making her heart sink.

"B-but... where is the baby? I don't understand." She stuttered as the phone fell out of her hands and gripped her head.

"Y/N what's wrong? Is your head hurting?" Jungkook asked, voice filled with concern.

Taehyung could only watch from the side line knowing tgat he would only make things worse if he tried to help.

"I...I-I want to go home." She said and Jungkook didn't waste a single second as he picked her up ready to head out the door.

"B-but..." Taehyung stopped him not wanting his time with his sister to me cut short.

"Mr Kim we will talk some other time but right now I need to take my sister home." Jungkook spat out before opening the door and walking out without waiting for a response from Taehung.
