Rose garden that grew within me

Year 2013,
this year I started my storms and stress years of teen.
it was only 3 years back that I felt not so clean.
Whatever I do I'll always be my parents favourite daughter since birth.
Medusa is so powerful on this mother earth.
Miniature marble tea cup sets and doll house I played with,
and now I rather like all the Greek myth.
Red is a daring colour,it means rebel.
Red makes me grow, from a feeble.
Red is pure,
it is a symbol of strength for sure.
Red spreads,
with the moonlight on a part of my comfy bed.
I was starting to get worried,
there was so much in my mind right then that I carried.
I like to paint my cheeks and lips rosy pink.
And to dive into a novel and sink.
Someone once told me,boys like tall dyed hair.
And I like crystal earrings in pair.
Mothers gives birth, take responsibilities, cooks and so much they care.
I used to collect barbies, fairytale storybooks at one phase,
and now little girl is turning into her mother's face.
We all bunked classes, showing excuses of period cramps just in case.
I like extra marshmallows with my hot chocolate milk.
Off shoulder sundress made out of silk.
Loner girls like me talk to barely none over weeks and still claims to be fine.
And I end my little story with this line.

(inspired by a poem "women in red" written by Muhammad Abrar from his first poetry work- the art of being drowned).
