Barry was worried. Caitlin had just disappeared overnight, leaving Rob behind.  The charity was going well, but Caitlin was nowhere to be seen. Barry was heartbroken, she had left him again. Barry wanted to tell her that the accusation his dad had made was just that. He knew the truth now, but he knew that she was angry and he knew that he should have never doubted her in the first place. He cursed his dad for saying it, but he was more angry at himself for believing it. Why had he done it? He had lost the only girl that he had ever loved, and he didn't blame her for it at all

"Barry, are you listening to me?"

"I'm a bit more preoccupied with trying to find Caitlin, then worrying about you"

"Typical. That girl has become more for you then your own dad. What magic has she done on you that you don't care about me anymore?"

"Dad please stop. Don't say anything bad about her. Even after everything that you did, she never uttered a bad word against you"

"That was nice of her"

"Anyway, what did you want?"

"My business is in trouble. Somebody has stolen all my contracts  by underpricing me. I'm just hanging on by a thread"

"What do you want me to do?"

"Help me, otherwise my business goes bust. Then I will get a bad reputation. After that, no one will ever want to work with me again"

"A bad reputation? Sounds like something that you tried to do to someone else"

"I said help me, not taunt me"

"Your my dad. Tell me why you did this"

"Barry, I don't have time for this"

"Tell me. Otherwise I'm not helping you"

"Fine. I didn't like her from day one. Barry if you're going to choose a life partner, atleast choose someone from your own level. Your own status. Not some middle class girl"

"Class, class, class. That's always what it comes down to with you. Dad, when did you become such a snob?"

"I'm not a snob. It's called being realistic"

"Alright dad, but tell me this. Your in trouble, where are all these friends of yours from our class? Why is no one helping you? Why have they all deserted you?"

"Right, so I want you to go there and pretend it's you. Your going to have to be the face for a while"

"So what are you going to do?"

"I'm going to pull the strings from behind. When everything is as how as it should be, I'll take over. But right now, there is a lot of work to do"

"I'm nervous. What if I mess it up?"

"You won't. I've taught you everything. If you're still unsure about something, please feel free to ring me. I'm here 24/7"

"So dad, what happened? Did you do as I said?"

"The person who did all this is fairly new in this business world. She is throwing a party to introduce herself. We'll go and I can see who is trying to ruin me and why"

Barry and his dad went to the party. There they met some investors and some affluent businesses people

"Barry, I need to go and impress these people. Maybe they will invest in my business and I can get my shares and contracts back"

Barry walked off and looked around. Maybe she was here, just maybe. He looked around and saw a girl looking lost

"Are you alright?"

"I don't know. I really don't know what I'm doing here. I'm new to this business world"

"Come and sit down. We'll talk things through. Maybe I can help you"

She sat at her desk, finishing everything. So far everything was going to plan. She finished up, and went home. She got ready, deciding to secretly go to the party and see what was happening and to who. She looked in the mirror and decided to put abit of lipstick on

"Where do you think you are going?"

She was shocked. Her reflection was taking back to her

"Have you forgotten everything?"

"No. I remember everything"

"Really? And despite everything, you still went ahead and fell in love with him? Despite knowing who's son he is?"

"I wasn't planning on it. But he's different. So unlike his dad"

"But you lost everything because of him. Are you willing to take that chance with his son?"

"He's not like that"

"Of course he is. He's his son. And even if he isn't, how long will it be before his dad realise who you truly are and tries to get his son to do the exact same to you?"

"No, that won't happen"

"Are you really ready to take that risk?"

She collapsed onto her bed. Maybe her reflection was right. She had taken a risk falling for him, and look where that had got her. His dad had ruined her life without knowing who she truly was. Imagine if he discovered the truth
