Chapter Twenty Four, Domenico

Start from the beginning

Grandpa chuckled at their response and then looked at me for approval. "I told you in the car already, Grandpa." I used my light business voice to him.

He lets out a sigh knowing that things are gonna get messy. "Is that Expresso?" Grandpa changed the conversation knowing I am not ready yet.

"Yeah, do you want some or do you want it Black?" I am speculating since I have seen him with it Black before.

"Hm I will take it Black." Grandpa accepted my offer of coffee.

Right before I turned around to start the coffee machine again. I see that my brothers are irritated and I chuckled at that reponse. "Will I even get a straight answer?" Dad asked me with deep concern.

"Nope only when it's the right time." I commented just when my coffee finished.

"O I forgot that I brought this for you." Grandpa hands me a black and gray Spear Point Butterfly Knife.

My eyes went up quickly out of excitement and Grandpa just chucked seeing my reaction. Dad, Mom, and my brothers freaked out when they saw Grandpa handing me the knife. "Tell me what do you think about it? It's a Spear Point Butterfly Knife."

Now spinning it through my fingers just staring at the knife. "The balance of the knife is a little off from what I am used to but otherwise it's a good knife. If I do ever use it I would have to change my style since the form of the handle is not what I am used to." Then it hit me that I am talking out loud.

I look at my family's face and see that Grandpa looks proud. Mom, Dad, and Luca looked completely shocked. Damien stayed emotionless while his younger triplets were struggling to keep in check. The twin just blinked their eyes and looked around to see what to do. Oops I said that out loud didn't I.

"Yes you said that out loud." Damien chucked to my reaction.

"We heard you very clearly." Mom stated while putting her hand on her hip.

Then Dante comes in with, "You like knives?"

"Yes!" Now I toss the knife up a little bit in my hand. Then a smirk comes across my face. When Grandpa saw it he quickly moved to the right just when I had just tossed the knife to the wall.

"Elma What Have I Told You About Throwing Knives At My Head!" Grandpa's voice raised and the rest of my family took a deep gulp.

Does the whole family yield to him? "O come on it was just for the wall and you know if I wanted to kill you I would have done it by now." I shrugged my shoulders at him while my family was trying to calm Grandpa down.

     "Elma!" He shouted at me.

Ug I rolled my eyes at him then I literally quoted him with my two fingers. "Don't Throw Knives At Your Head."

"Close Enough And Next Time I Will Call Roger." Grandpa threatened me with one of the only people who can control me.

"Wait, who is Roger?" Luca just blurted out from his body language it was not on purpose.

Ug seriously I have to explain again. "My stepdad, I told you guys already and Grandpa don't you dare." My eyes narrowed on Grandpa.

"You're sure? I will not hesitate to call him." Grandpa raised his voice.

Dam grandpa you're gonna regret that later... "Fine You Win!" I growled out of my mouth. You should have kept your mouth closed.

Ding ding the coffee machine goes off and I pull out Grandpa's coffee. "Here is your Black Coffee." I give him a bubbly smile from behind the kitchen island.
