Aggy only stayed to see Jason get started, but Captain stuck around. Jason was extremely grateful for his protection, but knew better than to express that gratitude here.

The first thing he did was review his newly updated menu. After choosing the supply route he had a new build tap to look through.

There wasn't much here just a town hall and a tower. The town hall was 12,000 and the tower was 6,000.

'What the monkey!! How was he supposed to build 6 farms with 2,000 gold!!!'

It was definitely one of those times he just had to take a deep breath and let out all his troubles.

"Captain! There isn't enough good to build 6 farms. What are we supposed to do?"

The orc didn't respond for a moment and then when he did he pointed at himself with 'hugh?' expression.

Jason didn't take the time to figure out why the orc wasn't understanding, he just ran roughshod over his question, "Yes, you, how do we get enough gold?"

The Captain shrugged, "Kill enemies, make gold."

"Oh." That was all Jason could say. Here he was without a weapon, a shred of armor, or anything and the soul way to make gold was to kill things.

This was not going well. Since there were no enemies in sight Jason hurried around looking for a mineral or mine. Maybe there was something like that. They were out on the plain, no trees in sight. So gathering wood was going to be a problem, too.

"Isn't there a mine or minerals or something? And what about wood?"

"No, nothing out here. You have other missions to learn that. Here you fight and win gold."

"Argh! Alright, you make us a lot of gold!"

"No, me no help you with gold."

Jason stood flabbergasted, "What's that?"

"Me native, when enemy die they die, no loot. You must kill to earn money." Captain smiled at him.

"Double argh!" Jason shook his head, "Then you come back here. Don't fight unless I am going to die."

The smile was wiped off his face, "Me want to fight!"

"No! I can't have you stealing my income. Get back here!!"

While they were arguing Jason platted down the town hall and the one tower he could afford.

It looked like the cost for building here in Jubilani was one order of magnitude higher than in the craft of war game he used to play. Maybe there would be other differences, but this difference made it easy.

He could build three towers instead of just one and a town hall. But his gut told him that he needed to get that town hall built so that he could train a peon or two and maybe even have his build options increase. Hopefully at least the farm would be unlocked!

It also looked like it would take a lot longer to build things here. Instead of a minute thirty seconds the town hall was taking twenty minutes to build. And the tower would be done in five.

Still these build times were not realistic at all. So he was grateful to say the least.

Always before he had seen the buildings rise up in an animation and the buildings themselves were tiny from an over head view. Not so here. The town hall was taking up a full block of space. Not like a mine craft block, but a real street block. It was huge.

And the tower kept getting taller. It would be overbearing when it was finished. This was a whole different experience actually being in the game. Jason could still see the lay of the land through his system display, but if he wanted to see it with his real eyes he was going to have to run around to do so.
