"You just received a bunch of text notices?" Aggy's tone was polite.

"Yes, hold on let me close them all up. I can't see anything but notices." Jason replied.

"Take your time, we are well used to player antics."

"Antics?"

This time the captain answered, "Hmph, you players are all alike."

King Aggy snorted, "Please excuse the captain. Bruweld is a blunt orc. But he is also not wrong. Since players are like Gods in that they are immortal, yet like fiends of hell because they have to honor no responsibility."

"That and they always have their screens open and reading. Ha!"

"That is true. It looks like you aren't aware, but natives and monsters can see your screens. We know when your 'text' messages pop."

"You can read them?"

"No only a player can read another player's notices and menus. But that is also important information for you to know it seems..." King Aggy shook his head, obviously appalled at his lack of education.

"I am really going to have to take the tutorial again."

"Enough of that. What mission or objective are you on? I know your time is limited."

"This is the first objective." Jason just decided to be completely honest with Aggy it sounded like he knew better what was happening and how best to go forward, "My team is preparing to take the second objective anytime now."

Both of orcs became cold and distant all of a sudden.

"What? What did I say?"

Aggy looked Jason straight in the eye, "Is there anyone you feel you could trust in your unit?"

"I do have one friend. I think I can trust her?" Jason made it a question.

"You must be sure."

A long pause as Jason tried to understand the motivations behind that strange declaration.

Pained that he had to spell it out king Aggy continued slowly, "You players are different from us 'real' people. Players have priorities that many will kill and rob..."

"Oh, I see, no worries. I will work it out with them." Jason said confidently.

"Don't be so sure... Your system will grant quests that might be in opposition to our alliance. In fact this is pretty much guaranteed. Those who oppose us can buy these quests to tempt you players...."

"Oh, I see. And there is no way for me to know?"

"No, natives can know some things to a certain extent. We can't read your menus and notifications. But all players have a bubble over their head that natives can read. You should know this already, but few pay attention to the details."

"Wow." Jason looked above himself, but could see nothing.

"It is similar to what you see when you look at other players. But it is the one thing natives can see, read, and interact with. Upfront it gives your most prominent title, name, class, and skew."

"Skew?"

"Yes, whether you skew towards good or evil."

"Oh."

Captain snorted.

"If we interact with it, it lists a lot of other details giving a summary of your history. Your completed objectives, quests, and ongoing quests." Aggy kept up his explanation.

"Aggy, he won't need the tutorial at this rate." Captain muttered.

"We don't have time for him to take the tutorial. Come on now."
