Abhi not seeing any movement in Arjun got disheartened as his decision to let Manik come here hasn't served the purpose felt guilt as it's only worsening their kid pain looked down with tears.
Kabir who is watching them both saw slight movement of fingers, "Abhi.... Yeh dekh!"
He looked up, saw Arjun moving his fingers slightly, smiled, "Janta tha... Agar koi tumhe mazboor karsakta hai woh hai humara yeh bacha. Jiske pukar tu kabhi unsunha nahi karoge!" He mumbled in a teary tone moved forward.
Arjun slowly opened his eyes. His heart broke, greeted by the sight of his kid crying calling for him, slowly lifted his hand placed on his head stroking hairs gently, "Ma.n.nu!"
Manik looked up only to stare into the deep chocolate brown eyes of his brother, "Baba....!" N hugged him tightly not realizing he was injured.
The three tried to warn but Arjun shook head ignoring the pain, pulled him closer, "Shh... Rote nahi bacha!" He comforted him.
Though they had no heart to separate him, Kabir placed a hand on Manik's back, "Pumpkin... Bhaiya ko chot lage na.... Dhyan se!"
Hearing him, Manik realized moved, "Sorry... Baba... Aap Ko dard nahi ho raha?" He enquired in Frantic tone, Arjun tried to comfort, stopped holding his right hand, got up to sit ignoring his pain n others advice.
"Yeh kya hai?" He asked pointing at the IV port on his hand and saw him wincing, gently caressed the back of his palm, "Bacha kya hua tume?"
"Arjun... Kal raat se isko bahut teez bhukar hai." Kabir replied as it's no use to hide.
Arjun frowned, touching Manik's neck, "Par isse toh koi bhukar nahi!" He mumbled as his skin felt normal.
Hearing him they got surprised, Abhi placing hand on his forehead frowned took his temp. "abi todi der pehle yeh koyale ki tarah jal raha tha! Aur abh!" Understood what happened.
"Uska fever dar ke wajah se tha Arjun aur tum uske dawai. Tere paas aathe gale lagate hi uska bhukar utar gaya!bas halkasa hai." He pointed out.
Arjun stared at his baby fondly who snuggled closer, "Phir bhi... Ek baar check up karo!"
Abhi nodded, "Haa... Lekin pehle let me see you!" With that he checked him thoroughly and got satisfied as not only Manik but he too got benefit with his presence.
Arjun saw their exhausted faces and knew how much worry and trouble they had gone through and felt blessed to have such people in their life. He also knew a lecture waiting for him glanced at both Abhi n Kabir said, "Mei theek hu... Tum sab rest lo!"
They nodded as now that they are back to where they belong left them to give rest.
Arjun glanced at Manik who is sniffing hiding face in his embrace, gently stroked his hair, "mei theek hu beta... Kuch nahi hua mujhe!"
