Babbling waves crashing overhead
An infinite sea of a thousand blues
She runs along the shore with a peony in her hair
Washing away her worries without a clueWind with a hint of sea salt
Tackles a tumbling group of seagulls fighting over some French fries
Like for comprimising there is no reasonA lovely couple frolicking and laughing
Like a bunch of school kids on summer break
Kissing gently, standing in the crystal water
Keeping the negativity at bayStaring out to the other world,
Involving colorful beings and deep, deep places
Of all things nonexistent and unseen,
It is the biggest homeFinally, we stand, just you and me
Inhaling the beauty of the deep blue sea
Your hand in mine, we collapse on the sand
We let the ocean take us, drowning
so we can be free,
happily.
