If I could rewind the day
And turn the hours to seconds
Perhaps the feeling would linger
But I wasn't prepared
Nobody ever is
Five hundred & counting
A thousand more & I'm shouting
Could this really be??
I just couldn't seem to fanthom
Perhaps there has been a glitch
But everything's else seems fine
Could it be wind from a witch?
I don't even believe in those!
Hours pass & those hearts breach a 100
Mine feels light & smile doesn't seem to want to fade
Maybe this is what fame truly feels like
But for a few hours, alas!
