A MESSAGE FROM WAVERLY HIGH SCHOOL:
You, the students of Waverly High, are invited and encouraged to attend an official memorial for Maisie Wittam. The memorial will take place in the Auditorium on the 25th at 7:00 PM. We understand this tragedy has shaken our community at its very core, and we believe it is best for all of us to receive some closure. This event is sponsored by Warren & Worandy Mental Hospital, who will be providing candles to those in attendance for a candlelight vigil in Maisie's memory. We encourage all students to attend, and would like to remind any students struggling with this tragedy to contact the grief counselors stationed in the Guidance Office.
