chapter 2

Regina's pov:

*flashback starts*

Finally this day has come, i have waited for many years for her to come of age and gathered all the strength to talk to her.

I've only watched her from afar while she was growing up, i have never been more obsessed of someone like this but she captured my heart and i waited for years for her to grow up and now that she has, i won't hesitate to make her mine.

" Regina, hindi ba ito isang kasalanan sa clan natin? You know, loving a mortal?"
Ali said to me, and i just scoffed at him.

" no one is going to stop me Ali, not even the coven itself, i love her and i know one day she will accept me when time comes." I looked at her while she's taking care of her dying mother, i feel sad for her i wish i could help but she doesn't know me...
I will help you no matter what..my love...

*flashback ended*

As the class bell rings, niligpit na niya ang gamit niya kaya i took up the courage to talk to her.
" uhm..narda?"

She looked at me and i saw a blush creeping up her cheeks and i just smirked. " Can i just go with you wherever you go?" I looked at her reaction and i swear she's too cute.

" u-uh...s-same naman tayo ng schedule so w-why not?" She chuckled and scratched her nape shyly.

" Great! Thank you. And i meant what i said about following you wherever you go you know. I can't have someone taking away what's mine." I winked at her and she was blushing like crazy and just smiled at her,

" are you coming or not? Iiwan kita diyan"

sabay kong lakad palabas ng classroom humabol naman siya sa'kin at nagkasama kami sa second subject.
And i can't help notice guys staring at her like that, a small growl came inside me and i looked at them and they cowered down. Tiningnan ako ni narda at sabi niya " narinig mo ba yun?"

" what narda? "

"yung parang...growl...baka wala lang yun..nababaliw na talaga ako."

Hmm...i should be careful next time who knew this girl has a very sensitive hearing, and before we could walk away a guy approached us and kept staring at narda and i can't help but feel jealous it was that guy from our class.

" hey narda, can i ask you out?"
I saw narda's reaction and she rolled her eyes and i find it amusing.

" di paba malinaw yung message ko nuon pa? Hindi ako straight, baliko ako, i'm gay. I like girls over boys. I want the pretty not the handsome. Di padin gets?"
Iritang irita na talaga si narda sa lalaking to, tsk! Sino kaba at kapal ng mukha mong lalaki ka kung pwede lang piras pirasuhin kita gagawin ko talaga.

*kalma ka lang self, huwag padala, hindi ka tao alam mo yan*

I controlled my breathing while listening to them.

" tsk, pagbigyan mo na ko narda ibibigay ko sayo lahat-lahat i will show you that men are better lovers than women." He winked at narda and she rolled her eyes

" let's go regina, baka ikaw pang pag-tripan nito" we we're about to walk out when suddenly she grabbed narda's wrist and pulled her harshly,

" ba't ba ang tigas ng ulo mo? Sabi ng-"

Hindi ko na siya pinatuloy sa sinabi niya and i punched his face and pulled his collar , "you listen to me and listen to me good, Pag sinabi ni narda na huwag dont! Be thankful i only punched your face, baka sa susunod may mababali na talaga." I let go of him and took narda's hand and walked away while brian's nose was bleeding.

My breathing was ragged, pero pinagpatuloy kong kaladkarin si narda palayo sa kanila hindi ko na napansin na nasasaktan si narda sa paghawak ko sa kanya.

" uhh...regina?" I looked at her and i saw that she was in pain, i let go of her at huminto kami at nagpakalma ako sa sarili ko.

"Sorry narda...i-i didn't notice...it's just...hindi ko gustong binabastos ka..." I looled at her seriously and i could see that she was smiling and she held my hand.

" it's okay regina.. Naiintindihan kita, kung ako din naman sa kinalalagyan mo pareho din naman akong gagawin para sayo eh..." She said that and even though i didnt have a heart that's beating i can feel the sincerity of her voice.

" thank you narda..alam mo namang akin ka lang ay este..ayoko lang mapahamak ka." Nginitian ko lang siya habang nakikita ko yung blush sa mukha niya.

" t-tara na regina..." Dali dali naman siyang nagtakip sa mukha niya at tinawanan ko lang siya habang papunta kami sa loob ng classroom i noticed another scent and i know that scent from far away....

Shit....they found me...

"Mauna ka na narda, i'll go to the restroom first okay? Save a seat for me." I only smiled at her and she nodded waving a goodbye to me.

I waited for a few minutes bago muna pinuntahan ang scent i made sure that there's no more civilians around the hallway and when there was nobody else there i ran and caught up to him and grabbed his coat and slammed him on the wall.

"What are you doing here?!" I was fuming with anger and my eyes slowly turned into a crimson shade of red.

" slow down there kitten...you don't want to cause a scene again." He smirked.

I grabbed his neck and choked him hard which made his smirk disappear amd held on to my hand.

" i swear to fucking God argus if you're here to destroy my life. I will make sure i will destroy yours worse than what you did to me." I clutched his neck tighter.

" w-wait.....i-i came here to warn you of the c-coven coming....they're here for you....t-they knew you fell i-inlove with a m-mortal.." I let go of his neck and he was coughing hard.

"I knew this day would come. But it still won't stop me fron loving her Argus."

" i know you won't, kaya nga ako nandito para tulungan ka." I looked at him and narrowed my eyes at him.

" what do you mean?" He chuckled.

" i know we didn't had a good start when we we're still together, kaya im making it up for it. I'm sorry for hurting you and disturbing your life, i was only following my parents wishes to make the clan stronger but now that i'm....rogue..hindi ko na kailangan pang maging ganon. I'm ready help you regina."

I smiled a little and composed myself,
" we'll talk later argus, i will tell Ali you'll go over to my house and we'll plan there." He nodded and said his thanks to me and he ran. I went back to class and looked at narda and sat down.

" okay ka lang ba? " she said to me getting worried, and i just held her hand
" i'm okay narda don't worry." She blushed looking at our hands.

I chuckled and looked at the professor discussing and i messaged Ali telephatically that Argus is coming over there to discuss a plan and he's not a threat and after that i couldn't help but look at narda ,

The way her face contorts in confusion, the way she smiles when she knows something, she's the most prettiest girl i've ever seen in my entire life i've lived... And i swear that i will protect narda with everything i have...and will love her for eternity....
