Android 17 and Android 18 vs X and Zero

Megumi: Gosh, to think that Android 17 and 18 have just destroyed the city's only hope against the Maverick threat.

Toomi: In power, both teams have displayed incredible levels of power except the Androids have a much much higher level of power.

Sachi: By taking on Sigma and the Super Saiyans, you can say that X and Zero and Android 17 and 18 have planetary level attacks though Android 18 and 17 have fought enemies way stronger than Sigma.

Toomi: Scaling against Super Saiyan Blue Goku, Android 17 and 18 has displayed Galaxy to mulitversal scalings especially against many of the fighters in the Tournament of Power but Android 17's durability is much much higher.

Megumi: Yeah, the man has self destructed against a powerful attack from Jiren, a being more powerful than a God of Destruction and he turned out just fine.

Sachi: And while X and Zero have legit martial arts training, those are nothing against the Android's own skill but their infinite stamina, with no need for rest or recovery, Android 17 and 18 can fight as long as possible without ever tiring out.

Toomi: And there is teamwork, while both teams have displayed great teamwork, most of the time, X has singlehandedly handled every threat that comes in his universe while Zero mostly relies on X whereas both Android 17 and 18 were not only powerful individually but were an unstoppable force due to how syncronized their team work has become.

Megumi: Yeah, X and Zero has never displayed teamwork of that level.

Toomi: Having a much better set of power, skills, feats and teamwork, we can conclude that both Android 17 and 18 are the superior androids over X and Zero.

Megumi: Looks like 17 and 18 just went a little X-treme there. With Dragon Ball scoring a one and Mega Man, a Zero

Sachi: The winners are Android 17 and Android 18

Android 18: You've got spirit, but seriously, dial it down a few notches.

Android 17: You're one hell of a fighter kid.

* The connections between Android 17 and Android 18 and X and Zero is that both teams consists of cybernetic fighters with high levels of powers that are built by old human scientists though for different reasons, with X being created by Dr. Light to save the world while Zero, Android 17 and 18 were originally created for world domination before defecting to the side of good and taking on every major threats in their respective universe though they were put in dormancy in capsules for quite some time before being released to exact their missions

* Megaman and Android 18 seem to wear blue colour outfits while Android 17 and Zero have a bit of red on their costumes though Zero has blonde hair similar to Android 18

* Both teams uses numeral terms for themselves, with Android 17 and 18 calling themselves 17 and 18 despite being named Lapis and Lazuli and this version of Mega Man calling himself X and Zero being called Zero

* This is the first time a Mega Man character fights a Dragon Ball Super character

* This is the ninth battle where a Dragon Ball character wins a What if Battle, the first being Bardock vs Minato, Android 21 vs Towa, DBS Goku vs GT Goku, Ginyu Force vs Cooler's Armoured Squadron, Towa vs Eggman, Gohan vs Supergirl, Frieza vs Boros and Time Travel Battle Royale

* This is the first time a Mega Man character loses a What if Battle

* During Android 17 and Android 18's analysis, Megumi mentioning G.I Joe is a reference to the fact the Red Ribbon Army is based off a Terrorist Organisation Cobra from the G.I Joe franchise which ironically foreshadowed a combatant in the next episode

* During the battle, the part where X punches Android 18 in the stomach was a reference to the time where Trunks and Goten managed to land a clean hit on Android 18's stomach during the World Martial Arts tournament while disguised as Mighty Mask.

* During the battle, the part where Android 17 and 18 moves in together was based off the scene from the movie The History of Trunks where they performed that move against Future Gohan

* After Zero and X's coordinated attack, Android 17's line of the two ruining his favourite shirt was based off his line in the movie History of Trunks after Future Gohan damaged his clothes with a surprise attack

* The part where Android 18 destroyed X's arm with a kick was based off the scene where Android 18 broke Vegeta's arm with a kick.

* The part where Android 17 and 18 fires a powerful ki blast down to finish off X and Zero was a reference to how the Future Android 17 and 18 killed Future Gohan
