"Pero seryuso, who gave you the tulips?" Clyde asked for how many times already.

"Hindi ko nga alam Clyde. Isa pa at ibabaon ko sa ngala ngala mo tong scalpel." I lift the number three scalpel that I was holding and Clyde took that as I sign para lumayo.

"Just drop it already Clyde. Hindi ka ba familiar sa secret admirer?" Andrea butt's in who's also reviewing the equipments in laboratory for dissection.

The latter frown, pouting her lips exaggeratedly kung saan napa irap ang babaeng nasa gilid neto bago binaling ang attention pabalik sa desk.

We're currently examining the standard dissection tools because we have a revalida coming up. Our instructor are so fond of announcing an hour prior the quizzes or any activities.

For the twenty or more pages of literature we need to study, an hour is insufficient. Akala nila ang dali dali lang. Gosh, those medical terms are killing me ever since I enrolled as a BSN student.

The three of us departed and went back to our assigned seat when our clinical instructor arrived a few minutes after the bell rang.

The revalida starts and believe it or not, mental block during the recitation is so frustrating. I still have five more instruments when my brain decided to prevent me from recalling the things na kinabisado ko kanina.

"Fifteen seconds left," our instructor said. I wasn't able to drag the pen in my paper pa when she pressed the bell multiple times indicating na tapos na ang oras namin.

"Hep hep, stop writing na and submit your paper as you go out."

I handed my paper at di makapaniwalang may lima akong hindi nasagutan. Kakabalita lang sa akin na naibalik na yung scholarship ko pero mukhang mababawi ulit.

"Girl ang hirap. Ano yung sagot sa number three?"

"Metzenbaum scissor." Andrea answered as she clutches the strap of her bag as we strode down the hallway.

My mind's still occupied by my performance earlier. Hindi ako maka-get over sa limang hindi ko nasagutan.

Gosh, sayang.

"So ano? Chat kayo sa gc if nakauwi na kayo ha." They nod their head.

I kissed their cheeks goodbye as the three of us went in our separate ways. Umuwi muna ako ng bahay to leave my things at agad na dumerecho sa club.

"Smile naman tayo diyan maam," Efren, our security, stated as I entered the back door ng makita niya akong nakasimangot.

I shook my head, flashing him a faint smile when he gestured me to curve my lips using his fingers.

"Hay nako manong, masanay na po kayo kasi araw-arawin ko na to." Sambit ko sa kanya upang mapailing ito ng ulo.

Before I enter the make up room, I decided to drop by sa bar counter where I saw Sid, our boss, sitting with a beer in her hand.

"Goodevening boss." She glance towards me, dragging her eyes from my head to toe before gesturing me to take a seat beside her.

"Oh Felicity, long time no see."

"Hi po boss."

"Oh great, I have told you na last time not to call me that and instead just call me Sid."

"Sige po – uhm miss Sid." She shook her head, chuckling from what I have said.

Hindi talaga ako sanay na tawagin ang superior ko sa pangalan nila. It will always come out awkwardly whenever I'll pilit myself to call them by their name.
