CHAPTER 3

I had pinned on my mind that whatever happens I would never resent my brother. Sa lahat ng oras dapat na ibigay ko ang suporta ko kay Kuya. My family matters the most.

"May sakit ka ba? Pasensiya ka na kahapon hindi kita nahatid. Buti sinundo ka ni Daddy," wala ako sa mood para itama si Kuya at ayaw kong sabihin ang pagsabay ko kay Vrix‚ patuloy padin ito sa pagmamaneho. Sinandal ko ang likod ko sa upuan bago huminga ng malalim.

"May iniisip lang ako Kuya," lumingon ito sa akin. Worried glowed in his eyes as he was staring on me.

"Oh?"

"Kuya‚ you'll get mad at me if I have a boyfriend?" his eyes widened but it faded suddenly. Siguro nagulat din ito sa biglaan kong tanong.

He stop the car in the rim of the road.

"Since when Shia?" umakyat ang kaba sa sistema ko pero hindi ko ito pinahalata‚ besides wala namang namamagitan sa amin ni Vrix. I should calm myself.

"Wala Kuya!"

"Shia!"

"Kuya wala nga. I‘m just asking," I pouted my lips at him. Ramdam ko na duda parin si Kuya sa'kin.

Huminga ito nang malalim. "Bakit mo natanong yan?"

I straightened my back. "Kuya I just realized that I'm no longer a child and there is a possibility that I might fell inlove," I swallowed hard after saying those words.

Diba totoo naman? There's a tendency na mahulog ako‚ falling inlove is part of life. Masyado akong defensive.

Kuya had always taught me to choose the right man who will love me and would never hurt me. Kuya really love me that much huh.

Kuya patted my head bago ito lumapit ng kaunti sa akin. "Shia‚ you're growing really fast‚ but always remember you're my baby!" I wiped my fake tears kaya natawa si Kuya.

How I missed his clingy side.

"Kuya you're making me cry," I wipe my fake tears again. Ang sarap talagang isipin na may Kuya akong ganito. I want to be his baby forever.

"Follow your heart‚ your heart will bring you to the right person together with happiness!" he continued before kissing my forehead. Aga-aga nilalanggam na ako sa kasweetan ni Kuya.

I just nod at him as a respond.

"Shia‚ no matter what happen I‘m always at your back. Okay!" nagthumbs up pa ito sa'kin bago bumalik sa pagmamaneho.

I spend my time watching the road while trying to stop myself from smiling‚ yet I can't. Nawala ang pangamba ko dahil sa sinabi ni Kuya. He'll support me ackkk‚ so grateful to have him.

Isa na lang ang problema ko. Ano nga ba kami ni Vrix? I wanna clarify everything.

"Hoy Shia!"

"Bakit Win?" tamad kong tugon kay Win. Tsk‚ she's a noise.

"Bakit ka ngumingiti mula kanina?" muli itong umupo sa katabi kong upuan at sinuri ang mga mata ko. Tsismosa talaga kahit kailan.

"Nothing."

"Really? I won't believe you unless you'll tell me the reason behind your majestic smile," tumigil ako sa pag-aayos ng gamit ko bago muling hinarap si Win. Kinurot naman ako nito ng mahina kaya gumanti din ako. This is us‚ acting like a child.

Muling bumalik sa ala-ala ko ang pinag-usapan namin ni Kuya kanina kaya muling sumilay ang maliit na ngiti sa labi ko. Isang mahinang hampas ang muli kong natanggap kay Win kaya muling nabaling sa kanya ang atensiyon ko. Sadista talaga.
