Chapter 11

Talia hummed softly as she sat on the couch leaning against Carlisle as she played with his hand gently with a genuine small across her face as she watched her mates interact with each other.

As she sat leaning against Carlisle she felt whole, it was as if her entire life had led her to this moment, that even all the bad things that had happened to her had all been worth it to now he sat here in his arms surrounded by her other mates.

He looked down at her and smiled for once in his existence he didn't feel damned, he felt so utterly powerful with her in his arms. As he watched the smile on her face he wouldn't help but think of how amazing she was and how he wished to see her smile every day for the rest of his life.

She looked up at him and smiled softly "your staring my love" she whispered softly
He smiled as he looked down at her "how can I not smile when I finally have you in my arms after waiting so long" he whispered as he pulled her a little tighter against him
She hummed and kissed him gently "I'm not going anywhere my love not now, not ever" she whispered as she cuddled into him.

Her other mates had stopped to watch their interaction, as they watched their was no hint of jealousy on any of their faces, instead all there was, was pure happiness, happiness at the fact that their mate was here with them and happiness at the way the older man was acting around their mate, they had never seen him this happy ever and they could only hope that they all stayed this happy for a very long time.

She hummed slightly as she played with his hands gently before she linked up at him "can I ask you something" she whispered softly
"Anything baby" he mumbled
"If I didn't find out about you would you have told me what you are" she whispered making them all look at her
He nodded "when Alice knew that you knew about us I was actually writing to the kings of our world for permission to tell you about us" he smiled
She nodded as she smiled and kissed his jaw gently deciding not to ask anymore questions knowing she'll get answers to all her questions one day when they were ready.

She smiled as she stood up "I'm going to go and make some food" she whispered as she skipped into the kitchen where she got some vegetables out and started to chop them smiling as she did did before she accidentally cut her finger cause her to hiss making her five mates speed into the room once they smelt her blood.

They all froze in the doorway as she pouted and walked over sink about to wash it away when Jasper walked over to her shocking the vampires due to his new nature of resisting human blood.

She slowly lifted her eyes to look at him and watched as his eyes slowly started to turn black "jazzy" she whispered softly
He looked at her "my eyes aren't like this because I'm hungry it's because you hurt yourself" he mumbled as he looked at her finger, before he looked at her "do you trust me" he whispered
She smiled and nodded "with my life" she mumbled
"Good" he whispered as he took her hand and slowly licked the blood away.

Carlisle frowned "Jasper" he mumbled before Alice put her hand in-front of him
"He won't loose control Carlisle, her blood soothes us I've seen it, with her blood even just a drop in him he'll be calmer around humans" she whispered as she looked at both of her mates "he won't won't hurt her" she whispered

Talia looked up at him and used her other hand to gently stroke his cheek "is that not going to hurt you in the long run" she whispered softly and watched as he shook his head "no my love, your blood is tempting, not like I want to drain you, like I want to protect you, your blood soothed me darlin" he whispered

She looked up at him for a second before she wrapped her arms around him and grabbed his face gently and kissed him softly "I love you Jasper hale" she whispered softly
He smiled "Whitlock ma'am, my name is Jasper Whitlock" he whispered as he held her against his chest

She smiled at him "hmm my major" she whispered softly as she kissed his jaw gently before she looked at her hand "I didn't mean to cut myself, I apologise for worrying you all" she whispered as she leaned into Jasper as she looked at her mates
"It's okay darling why don't you let us cook the rest and you and Jasper go and relax" Rosalie whispered making both of them nod and rush into the living room where they stayed curled up next to each other the entire time that her mates were cooking.

Sitting there with him made her smile, it made her happy that she did not make his control break nor did her blood affect him and she was happy that she could be helpful to him in his journey of controlling himself around human blood.

She looked up at him and smiled softly watching his beautiful golden eyes and hummed a little as she looked a tiny speck of red in his eyes before she leaned against him fully and slowly drew patterns on his hand and write and frowned as she looked at the bite marks on them before she gently lifted his hand and kissed them making him flinch slightly before he looked down at her.

"Do they not scare you"'he mumbled and watched as she shook her head
"Not at all they are apart of who you are and I love every single part of you"

In that moment Jasper fell deeper in love with the woman he called his mate and he knew that in the E entire he would protect her and Alice with his life.
