All credits of the story go to Jeff Davis and the production team for Teen Wolf. I do not own the series, or any of the characters. The only characters I own are Charlie, and the ones that don't appear in the television series.

The Jeep zoomed at record speed through the dimly lit roads of Beacon Hills as we made our way to the high school. Stiles had one hand gripped on the wheel, the other holding mine tightly. The radio was off, and the only sound to be heard was the thrum of the engine, fighting for it's life at how fast we were going. Stiles would for sure get his license taken away if any cops pulled us over.

My heart was still pounding in my chest, and I was practically vibrating from the adrenaline rush inside me. It was like electric currents were rushing through my veins, sending insane amounts of energy every which way.

Not even 10 minutes ago Stiles and I were racing out the doors of Beacon Hills Memorial after finding out who the literal Alpha was. Peter Hale, Derek's freaking uncle, is the Alpha! Can you believe it?

I was relieved to know that my mother wasn't the alpha, even though deep down I knew it couldn't be her. Unfortunately, i'm not too happy that we know the truth. The problem was, Peter let us figure it out. It's like he wanted it to happen that way. The look on his face at the hospital wasn't angry or surprised, it was eerily calm. He wanted this.

So if the Alpha wanted Scott knowing who he was, then he must have plans for him, right? This must be the time for him to use Scott. To get him to kill. I mean he bit him for a reason.

That's why our next moves are very important. We have to get to Scott before Peter does. I remember what the Alpha did to Scott at the school. How he got control of Scott and made him want to kill us. That was when he didn't want us to know his identity. It sent shivers down my spine thinking about what he is capable of now that we know who he is, and he has nothing to fear. He can do whatever he wants now.

I reached into my pocket for my phone and held it up, squinting at it through the darkness. The lacrosse game should be almost over. If I warn Scott of what's happening, maybe he'll be more prepared.

"Are you calling Scott?" Stiles guessed, momentarily glancing at me.

"Yeah. The games almost over. He's probably worried as to why we haven't showed up yet."

Finding his contact, I pressed the call button. As I brought it up to my ear, it rang several times, and then went to voicemail. I huffed out a breath, upset that he literally never answers me. Sure, he was probably on the field right now, but he never answers! Why couldn't he answer just this once?

"Voicemail?"

"Yeah..." I mumbled, waiting for the opportunity to send him one. "Scotty! Call me back right now. We know who the Alpha is."

I hung up the phone with an aggressive click, going to our text message chain. If he wasn't going to answer, maybe sending him a text will do the trick.

Coming to the school now. Derek's uncle is the Alpha. DON'T TALK TO HIM.

I hate to spoil the plot twist over a text message, but this wasn't a movie. It was life or death, and if the Alpha got to Scott without Scott knowing he's dangerous, bad stuff could happen.

Speaking of danger, I wonder how Derek is doing right now? When we left, he was still fighting with his uncle. I hate that we left him to defend for himself, but what could we possibly do? Beg the Alpha to stop? Tell him he needs therapy? Yeah, that would definitely work.
