All credits of the story go to Jeff Davis and the production team for Teen Wolf. I do not own the series, or any of the characters. The only characters I own are Charlie, and the ones that don't appear in the television series.

Only a few days had passed since Scott was bitten, and to say a lot had happened would be an understatement. Scott got on first line and even went on a date with a very nice girl named Allison Argent (who actually liked him back might I add). The three of us found out that werwolves do indeed exist, thanks to Stiles's excellent detective work, and my brother was one of them. I also happened to go to my very first high school party.

Beacon Hills was officially not as boring as I had previously thought it to be.

That following Monday afternoon, right before lacrosse practice, I hauled all of my lacrosse gear into the girls locker room to get ready for practice. I felt a twinge of disappointment every time I entered the locker room since I hadn't gotten on first line, but each time I instantly shoved it down like the rest of my worries and thought about how I would get on next year.

Scott had told me that he was finally going to have a talk with Allison sometime today explaining why he ran out on their date at the party. I'm sure it would go well. Allison was very sweet. Ever since Stiles and I went over to her house to make sure she was alive she has been texting me. I had thought at first that her offer to hang out was just her being cordial, but after the flurry of text messages from her, I was beginning to think otherwise.

Over the past weekend, Stiles and I spent the majority of it researching the supernatural world and freaking out about it. Scott, on the other hand, wasn't as enthusiastic about it. He seemed to steer clear of us the entire time we were hanging out, and whenever we did see him, he changed the topic of conversation to anything other than werewolves.

I made a pledge to myself and to Scott to do whatever I could to help him throughout his werewolf journey. I mean, it was mine and Stiles's fault we left him all alone in the woods in the first place. Maybe if Stiles and I hadn't ran ahead of Scott, he wouldn't have been bitten at all. Yes, Stiles was the one that had the idea in the first place to go search for a dead body in the woods, but it was ultimately the both of us that left Scott to fend for himself.

Also, Stiles did end up helping me fix the door to Scott's bedroom, even though he said he wouldn't. I managed to get Scott's help as well because I claimed that it was his fault we had to do it in the first place. Sure, the entire situation could have been avoided if we had just not broken the door down, and sure, it was mostly my fault, but that didn't matter! It's all in the past now, and my mom didn't even find out.

Scott eventually filled us in on his Friday night, from him jumping out of his bedroom window to when we picked him up on the side of the road. He revealed to us that he ran into Derek Hale in the woods, something I wasn't all too surprised about. Oh yeah, Derek's also a werewolf.

Derek helped Scott escape from a group of professional hunters that were also out in the woods on Friday. From what Stiles and I read, werewolf hunters dated back in many books all the way to the 1800's. Mainly all of them had been recorded in European countries like France, England, Germany, and so on. I guess werewolves got fed up and traveled to the United States where freedom was supposedly for everyone. Unfortunately, it looks like the hunters followed them.

The entire time Scott explained the situation, he kept repeating that Derek was the one that bit him. However, I wasn't so sure. Yeah, he looked broody and mysterious and quite frankly terrifying. But the creature Scott described was incredibly massive, with large teeth and bright red eyes. He said it didn't resemble a human whatsoever. So, either Derek can shape shift into a ten foot tall creature and run around in the woods at night, or it was someone else. Something else.
