Against the God: End of the Gifteds (HIATUS)

[3RD POV]

Tirik na tirik pa ang araw. Sa gitna ng hindi pamilyar na kagubatan, kapansin-pansin ang isang grupong maingat na tumatakbo. Mabilis, pero hindi gumagawa ng kahit anong tunog.

Despite stepping on crunchy leaves and sticks, a single noise was not heard. Their strong aura cannot be felt too. That's how, them— the Deities, mastered hiding their presences.

They are on their way now to a new town... where they will start their new mission.

An S mission.

Tumatama sa mukha ni Cleofa ang sinag ng araw na sumisilip sa pagitan ng bawat dahon. Inaalala niya ang usapan na naganap ilang oras pa lang ang nakalilipas. Ang tungkol sa misyon... 

"Listen carefully, okay?!" Ang boses ni Aqua ang naalala niya. Ito ang nangyari kani-kanina lang. "This is an important mission... that may cause your lives."

Ramdam nila ang kaba at ang nakasasakal na tensyon sa mga salitang binitawan ni Aqua.

"This is what Miss Xilah told me, an information from someone named Joker." As if Joker is the one talking.

"In a town in the west, called Lienma." Sumasabay ang boses ni Joker sa boses ni Aqua, na parang iisa lang ang nagsasalita. "There are gifteds that will pass through there."

These are the exact words Joker told Xilah, that is now Aqua telling to the group of Deities. While telling these words, Joker has a grin on her face. Inaalala niya ang mga mukha ng mga gifteds na dadaan sa bayan.

"Nahahati sa tatlo ang pagkakasunod-sunod nila."

"First, there will be two gifteds..."

"Next, just one..."

"Then more of them will follow..."

Joker's grin widened. "The first two gifteds... are the King and Queen of the troop— the King and Queen of hearts."

"You need to kill those two."

Napalunok nang malalim si Cleofa habang pinakikinggan ang mga sinasabi ni Aqua. Seryoso ang ekspresyon ng babaeng pinakikinggan nila na nagsisilbing tagapasa ng mga salita na nanggaling kay Xilah mula kay Joker.

"They will pass through there first, at least 5 hours from now. Then Heart, the leader, will follow them after at least, 4 HOURS..." May diin ang pagkababanggit ni Joker na ginaya ni Aqua.

"AGAIN, AT LEAST, 4 HOURS. You don't have to worry about the gifteds that will follow, because they will pass through there after a day. Susunod sila kay Heart kapag nalaman nilang nasa UA base na siya."

"INUULIT KO, AT LEAST 4 HOURS. You need to kill the KING and QUEEN BEFORE HEART COMES."

"This is not because I'm underestimating you, BUT I'M STATING FACTS. YOU WILL BE KILLED IF YOU FACE HEART."

Joker scoffed. Hindi maipinta ang mukha ni Xilah nang sinabi sa kaniya ang mga katagang 'yon. Kaya maigi niya ring pinaalala ito kay Aqua bago sabihin sa grupo ng Deities na gagawin ang misyon.

"King and Queen themselves are too hard to face. They can par a gifted from an S Class guild, consider yourselves lucky if you're still alive after facing them."

Inalala nina Cleofa ang mga salitang 'yon. S class guild... they're on the same league as Kyera.

"Well then, to whoever will face them, I wish you good luck... and may you survive and live."
