No one's POV

It's been two years since Zora and Eugeo left Rulid Village and various things happened to the two boys. First, they began working for the Woldes, a family of farmers living outside Zakkaria, while waiting for their opportunity to take part in the Norlangarth North Area Swordsmanship Competition.

Thankfully, the observer of the competition came to understand the reason for its master's interest in the boys and began observing Zora and Eugeo's daily life before registering their names in the tournament.

In Zakkaria, Zora and Eugeo defeated every other duelist they faced in the tournament as well, earning themselves admission into Zakkaria's garrison entered the tournament in Zakkaria which they managed to win and land their spot in Swordcraft Academy. Somewhere in a dorm room in Swordcraft Academy, a blond-haired boy with a Dark Gray jacket and pants currently trying to wake someone up.

Eugeo: Zora?

Zora: Zzzz...

Eugeo: Zora...!

Zora: Please, just 5 more minutes.

Eugeo: Zora! I know it's our day of rest, but you sleep too much!

Eugeo said as he yanked Zora's blanket off him. The moment Zora felt his blanket off, he slowly opened his eyes before sitting up his bed smiling at the person behind him.

Zora: Morning, Eugeo.

Eugeo: Morning! It's sunny out today, so why don't we go into town?

(Timeskip)

After Zora got dressed into his sword craft trainee uniform, he and Eugeo went into town, or specifically North Centoria District Six, and went to the Preaching Deer Inn to buy Honey Pies. With a smile on his face, Zora munched the pie in his hand while walking beside Eugeo through the town.

Zora: Delicious!

Eugeo: That's unseemly, Zora.

Zora: Well, you can't beat a fresh out of the oven. You have to eat it right away.

Eugeo: Some things never change, huh, Zora?

Zora: Guess not! I still can't believe how time flies. It's already been two years since we left Rulid, huh?

Eugeo: Yeah. And so much happened in that time, huh? Two years ago...we arrived in Zakkaria...and while living and working on a farm, we honed our swordsmanship skills. We won the Sword fighting Tournament, and joined the Zakkaria garrison. Who would've thought that after reaching the capital, we'd actually get into Swordcraft Academy? Sometimes I think I'm dreaming.

Zora: Come on, now. It's already been a year since we moved into the dorms. Shouldn't you be used to everything by now?

Eugeo: I guess so.

???: Zora?

Zora: Huh?

Zora then looked over and saw Sortiliena Serlut, Zora's mentor at the academy. She has very long, straight, dark brown hair tied in a ponytail with a lilac ribbon, and navy blue eyes that resemble a sky fading into twilight.
