Synopsis:

He Xiaoyun transmigrated in the 70s and became the mother of the hero in a book. The feats of the old lady in her youth were endless: Pretended to fall into the water and drowning, relying on the soldier in the same village on saving her, drugging the other party, and then conceiving a child; Relying on having a son to separate from the family, suspecting her husband of cheating and playing around the army.

He Xiaoyun always felt that the hero's father is doomed for eight lifetimes. She hated these kinds of people the most but she became such a person herself...

'I feel like I can't talk like that anymore.'

The only fortunate thing is the old lady is still just a young woman, she's still young, beautiful, and healthy. They are three things and she recognizes the situation no matter how bad it is.

However, at night, she thought of the 'old man' that made the hero full of respect. Now that she's been forced to take over, He Xiaoyun, a single dog, isn't all that well.

Impressions: Hmm.. going back to BL after this~ This is just okay for me. It has its sweet moments but I wouldn't really call it heartwarming.

So our MC transmigrates into a novel as the male protagonist's mother. The male protagonist is still a 3 year old little bun living at the countryside. As for the plot of the novel, what would happen to the protagonist later, the ending of his family, there was no mention except that it was unharmonious because the original owner was a shrew.

Our MC came over and no one was suspicious, ML is not at home all year round (soldier ML) and the mother-in-law only thought that OG has 'settled down'  and was not so shrewish anymore. Then ML comes home for vacation and MC is just SHY with him. The super obvious type, MC can't  even pretend to not be so innocent. ML starts to have a good relationship with her, tease her, spoil her, they're in the period of falling inlove~ Laters, MC and little bun joined ML in the army and they really became husband-and-wife. Some sweetness and then the college entrance exam resumes. MC passes and become a college student  in the Capital University. Ending is MC & ML going back to the countryside for a visit to their relatives and MC is happy that she transmigrated into this novel. Extras is the little bun male protagonist (already a teenager) seems to have met the heroine early.

Like I said, it has its sweet moments, ML is very doting and playful with MC; BUT I also wouldn't call it heartwarming... It's very tepid(?). The MC's personality is 'innocent'/easy to be shy, playful with children, tsundere with ML, but it doesn't really count as 'bright spots' for me. MC never really confessed her transmigration and our very good soldier ML never questioned her, or showed any signs of suspicion. Little bun future male protagonist is also a very sensible child. MC's in-laws and parents are all good people. I guess its too easy mode...? I've just read so many 60s-90s novels so it felt like compared to others, this one doesn't really stand out.

Anyways, read this for peaceful 70s life~
