It was almost the end of the school year. Sophomore year was almost done and summer almost hit. And the hallway crush? Just like always, it never changed.

I wait for Rei once again for her to finish her class. Down the hallway I saw Jungwon once again but this time he was holding hands with a girl. My once beating heart stopped for a moment and dropped down the pit of my stomach. How could I forget? He has someone now.

Their hands were held. They were laughing and talking and the girl next to him? She was gorgeous.
I look down at my feet and play with my fingers hoping it would help with the jealous feeling I felt.

"Sooyeon? Are you okay?"

I look up to see Rei in front of me with her hand holding mine.

"Yeah I'm okay. Just feeling a little tired." I say as I look up at her and give her a little smile. "Aw okay. Let's go get food and head straight back home yeah?"

"Yeah."

Rei drags me down the hallway and we pass the couple. Not a single glance.

That's right. What was I thinking? He is simply just my hallway crush.
