"Mrs. Hwang!"

"Oh! Jeongin, your here early."

He felt a smile form on his face as he adjusted his school uniform and nodded. "Yeah I managed to get a taxi." He chuckled sheepishly as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"Very well, shall we visit your parents before we head off?" Mrs. Hwang asked gently.

Jeongin felt his smile soften as he held his umbrella tighter as the rain carried on.

"Yeah, let's do that."

-

"Your awfully quiet." Minho muttered as he glanced at Hyunjin who was sitting in the passenger seat loading his gun with a deep frown spread across his face.

"Whats there to say?" He muttered pressing the safety off and setting it aside. Minho hummed and leaned back, focusing on the road as they sped up. "Hyunjin-ah, you might as well tell me what's on your mind before he storm up this warehouse." Minho sighed.

A small moment of silence fe between them for a second. Hyunjin tilted his head back, countless thoughts running through his head, but a single one remained still to taught him.

"I left him alone."

Minho glanced at him, his brows drawn together in confusion as he waited for Hyunjin to keep going.

"When they broke in, I didn't think about Jeongin, I was worried for everyone else and I just left him in the room by himself."

"And you feel guilty for it." Minho says softly, earning a small huff from Hyunjin who turned his head to stare out of the window. "If I hadn't left him there, he probably wouldn't have been taken."

Minho could hear the strain in Hyunjins voice, the hurt, and even the guilt. It wasn't often Hyunjin showed this side of him. He's never been one to ever see him cry, or even look guilty over something. It just wasn't Hyunjin, he rarely ever showed anyone his raw emotions. Yet here he was, probably on the verge of a breakdown in Minho's car as they're on the way to save Jeongin from some bastards hands.

He really isn't the one for comforting. That's more of Felix's or Changbins area. Something in him though yearns to comfort the younger.

So he simply places a hand on his shoulder and gives a small squeeze of reassurance.

It's not much.

Nothing like what Felix and Changbin can do, but Hyunjin relaxes a bit and it makes Minho feel a little better now that he knows the other isn't going to break down in his car.

"Well, we should probably hurry." Minho sighed as he stepped on the gas.

"I'm sure Jeongin is waiting."

-

"Not so talkative are we now?"

Jeongin scowled, his eyes glaring holes into Youngmin who was sitting across from him with a smirk plastered over his face.

"You've already taken everything from me. What else is there to want?" He spat, at Youngmin who's face pulled into a smile. "Oh darling, you don't understand. I've been after you ever since your father gambled away his life." He chuckled as he poured himself a glass of whiskey. Jeongin grimanced in disgust, his heart beating fasted as Youngmin lifted his gun and examined it.

"You were such a cutie back in high-school, I could never forget that adorable little smile." Youngmin sighed as he clicked his gun off safety and pointed it at him.

Jeongin could feel his stomach drop, and his shake, but his face remained hardened. Desperate to not show any fear, especially in front of this man. He would just be giving in to what he wanted.
