Filming a music video had always been fun for Taylor. It was always really exciting to see her ideas come to life. She loved the choreographed dancing, she loved all the different colours and small easter eggs she dropped here and there, and anticipating the fans' excitement was the best fun of all.

Except when she had to speak French, and she simply could not get her lines correctly.

Naturally, her first thought was to call Kaia, even with an actual French speaking expert standing right next to her on set.

She really just needed an excuse to call Kaia, and thankfully, she answered on the second ring.

"I've only got... 18 minutes on the dot!" Was the first thing Kaia said as her face appeared on the screen, dressed in her costume for the new season of her show that she was filming back in London. She wasn't even looking at Taylor, too busy scarfing down a sandwich for lunch.

"I just wanted to say hi and I miss you and I kind of really need your help!" Taylor told her, holding out her lines in her other hand. "I need your French expertise."

"What for...?" Kaia asked, growing a little suspicious. She finally looked up but as soon as she saw Taylor's outfit, she burst out laughing. "Why are you dressed like a 1930s housewife?"

"Shut up, at least I'm not dressed like I'm about to catch the plague!"

Kaia only laughed harder, flipping Taylor off and taking another bite from her sandwich. "I'm more likely to catch the Spanish flu than the plague if you want to be historically accurate."

"Je suis calme!" Taylor said instead. "Am I saying it right?"

"Sure, why?" she responded with her mouth still full.

"It's sort of classified information," Taylor said when the guy standing next to her, Philip,  interrupted.

"I can still hear a double syllable. It's one syllable— it's suis..." he told her and Taylor nodded, taking in his notes which he was very nice about and actually helpful, unlike Kaia who was only actually making fun of her. But then again, it wasn't her fault either when she had no idea what was going on. "You lied to me!"

"You did say it correctly! Did it sound terrible? Maybe. But like, grammatically speaking, it was correct!"

"Oh my god," Taylor grunted, shaking her head lightly. "I know the grammar's correct, I didn't write the French bits myself. Why didn't you tell me it sounded terrible?"

"I didn't know it was official music video business!" Kaia defended herself, though she was very obviously holding back a laugh. "There's dialogue in French in your video?"

"No... classified information..." Taylor repeated, then winked at her, and Kaia let herself laugh some more this time.

"Ah, ç'est parfait, ça," she giggled. "I can't wait to watch it."

"Oh, you're going to be mocking me, aren't you?" Taylor pouted at the realisation as Kaia only grinned wider.

"Can I hear the rest of the lines?"

Taylor sighed heavily. "If you must! Je sais pas te parler quand tu es comme ça."

"That's actually not that bad," Philip said just as Kaia burst out laughing all over again.
