Part 30: Shinobi battle Royale: Preparation

Reed: That's plenty! 

Roy: Way more than needed haha!

Hikage: What do you mean? Even if we train our hardest there is no way we'll be able to-

Katsuragi: That's where your wrong!

Ikaruga: As hard as it is, it's the most effective training method we've ever done.

Roy: And with all this extra time we can...

Reed: Yeah, teach you all perfect sage mode. So that way, those Shinobi won't stand a chance against this academy's students!

Homura: But, wouldn't it be like a pure soul or something?

Haruka: Aren't we supposed to prove ourselves?

Roy: You're wrong.

Reed: Says the one who doesn't have it. You just need to absorb the right amount of natural energy and that'll be enough to achieve sage mode.

Yomi: But isn't that a bit... too simple?

Reed: It does seem like it. But in execution it's much harder.

Yagyū: I knew it wouldn't be that simple. That's why you told us to avoid the path of sages. 

Blue: So, how do we learn the sage mode?

Reed: *Shows the Hypo space chamber* I'll explain it in here! *Slams it on the table*

*The cube reacts and sucks everyone inside*

Kiriya: Girls-

Kiriya: Looks like they're going to be training that way again.

*Inside the cube*

Homura: WHAT THE!?! THIS IS SO COOL!!

Yomi: What is this? Where are we?

Mirai: *Bonks her head on the floor* OWIE!!

Haruka: What's wrong darling~ is something the matter?

Mirai: I'm just fine!

Hikage: *Stabs the floor* This is durable.

Roy: So, what? Are you surprised?

Hikage: Where are we?

Reed: This is the power of pocket realms. We are in a pocket realm after all. 

Roy: Quickly explaining, 1 day outside is 1 year here. and we can't age in this room too which is really neat.

Yomi: Well I guess that removes our problems. But how will we eat? We didn't bring anything.

Yellow: That's simple. This place constantly fills your bellies with energy too keep you full and energized. 

Homura: So this place is used primarily for training? 

Reed: Most of the time. It can be used sometimes as a storage space or an evac center.

Haruka: *Uses binoculars* How far does this place go?

Reed: I'm not sure. All I know this is very large so large scale battles can also happen.

Everyone-Reed and Roy: Large scale battles? 

Reed: Yeah. 

Homura: Show us! I wanna see it!

Roy: You'll be surprised.

Reed: You'll see later. When we invite Mike over, you'll see it all on display.

Homura: Mike? Who's that-

Haruka: Don't you remember the man on the rooftop? He was the one who helped everyone evacuate the academy.

Homura: I didn't see him though.

Roy: That's cuz he was in his Night Prowler form. Using it he becomes nigh on invisible in the night.

Reed: And he's fully invisible at midnight.

Homura: That may be the case but how did we not see his Chakra?

Roy: Should we tell em?

Reed: Then again... 

Red: What do you mean by that? What are you gonna tell us?

Orange: We want answers. 

Roy: I'll tell you while we go to the actual place. We may have a lot of time but it's still precious.

Reed: Now let's start training for sage mode. *Snaps his fingers* 

Roy: Woah bro. Maybe we should learn the basics before doing sage mode?

Katsuragi: Come on! It can't be that bad right? 

Ikaruga: Don't be a fool Katsu. 

Reed: Well, if you don't actually mind doing the basics, I guess we can do the fundamental work for it.

Asuka: Let's get to training.

Homura: Let's see how hard it really is! But no matter how hard it is, it'll be too easy for us! 

Reed: Don't be too confident. It'll suck more once you realize it.
