08 | truce

-matt pov-

We had gotten back home after they go the stuff they needed and when I got the things my mom wanted me to get. I get my mom's stuff out of my front seat before entering the house and seeing her.

"Here you go mom" I say giving her the stuff she needed. Right when I gave her her stuff my brothers and Ella came into the house with the stuff that they bought.

"Hey guys" MaryLou says.

"Hey MaryLou" Ella says before hugging her as Chris and Nick follow. I was about to go sit down and Ella did the same. We went for the same chair, as she saw me coming, she got really pale and moved away.

"Why are you scared?" I asked her.

"I don't want two broken wrists" She says making it all make sense.

"Now she's scared of you and the chair Matt" Nick says.

"Notice how the chair can't harm her unless It was to move?" I say to Nicks smartass.

"Ok? She's scared of your violence" Nick says.

"Arent you scared of birds?" I aks Nick.

"What does this have to do with birds?" He asks.

"We all have fears of different stupid things" I say making Chris 'OooOOo'.

"Mr. 'GIVE ME MY STAFFF!'." I say making them all laugh. Except Nick.

"Hahah so funny" Nick says.

"Thank you" I say before bowing down.

"Hey uh Ella can I speak to you?" I ask looking at Ella who is standing beside the counter.

"Why?" She asks.

"I just need to tell you something" I say.

"Ok sure but if you hear a stud to the ground, just know he pushed me" she mumbles to Chris and Nick making them laugh. We walk to the hallway where no one is.

"Yeah?" she says as we stand in front of each other.

"This isn't gonna sound like me" I explain.

"What are you gonna bark?" she asks.

"Do I look like Trevor?" I ask her.

"Ehhh" she says making me laugh.

"Ella?" I say.

"Yeah?" she says.

"Didn't it feel good when we got along in the grocery store?" I ask her.

"Kindoff" she says looking away.

"I'm also sorry for injuring your wrist. It was dumb and I promise I'll never put my hands on you again starting now." I tell her.

"Actually wait" I say before hitting her one last time.

"Matt!" she says laughing.

"I just needed to get that out" I say laughing.

"I forgive you Matthew" She says before I put my arms out. 

"What am I..." She says confused.

"Hug me" I say rolling my eyes.

"Fine" she says before hugging me for a good 10 seconds.

"AWWWW" we hear from behind us making us jump.

"What the fuck" she says terrified.

"You guys are friends?" Nick asks.

"Getting there" Ella nd I say at the same time making us laugh.

"Truce?" she says as she lets her hand out.

"Truce" I say before shacking her hand.
