Fifteen : Dresses

"Hmmm...." Jasper thinks. Then Alice runs in.

"Cameron! We're going shopping!" Alice says. She grabs my arm and drags me down the stairs.

"Bye Jasper!!" I yell. "Save me the pizza rolls!!"

Alice and I get in the car and she starts driving.

"What are we shopping for?" I ask.

"Prom dresses!!" Alice says. "We want Jaspers eyes to be on you the whole time!"

We get to the mall and head into an expensive dress store.

"Alice, I can't afford these dresses." I say. "They are over $150!"

"Cameron, I can pay for them. Don't worry." Alice says. "Now, let's try on some dresses!"

Alice has me try on 20 different dresses and we are choosing from the top 5.

Dress one is a white two piece with a slit down the leg.

Dress two is see through at the legs and a goldish color.

Dress three is black with a lot of straps and it shows a lot.

Dress four is black with little spaghetti straps and it splits down the middle.

Dress five is also black and shows a bit of skin.

In the end, it is like the process of elimination.
Dress one is too plain. Dress two isn't really for a prom. Dress 3 is too revealing for a school event. Dress 4 is too long but Dress 5 is perfect. It shows skin in the right places and it feels perfect.

"Alice, I think it's number 5." I say.

"You think?" Alice asks.

"I know." I say.
