breathe

You know that weight on your chest?
The one made of responsibilities and the need to succeed?
The one created by anxiety and pressure?
When that pressure is gone it's as though too much oxygen is getting to your head,
You become dizzy and the world spins, your senses leave your control
You hate how much you suddenly feel and try to replicate the pushing on your chest
You spend more time focus on work,
Do more tasks and add to your duties
Eventually you need physical pressure
So you buy a weighted blanket
Lie with a hot water bottle presses against your chest
It's becomes hard to breathe again
You have less oxygen going to your brain
But every now and then you gasp for breathe
Begging for the oxygen to flood your brain
