James' eyes gradually fluttered open upon being met with the brightness of the rising sun blinding him though the cracks of a window.

He was curled up on Yammy's lap for reasons he couldn't quite remember, but didn't mind all the same, sinking further into a sense of drowsiness as he laid there.

Yammy shifted a bit and muttered something in her sleep. That was when He noticed the hand on his shoulder.

Carefully James got up, stretching his arms up until his back and elbows popped. The lack of buzzing was ominous, though not much was thought of it, seeing as the bees usually took about an half an hour to wake up after he did.

'What happened?' James checked surroundings, but found that he could not recognize where they were located.

"You couldn't hide forever..."

The ninja beekeeper froze. He recognized that voice... but from where or when he couldn't remember. Still, the voice sent chills down his spine.

"Wh- Who's there?"

"You know exactly who we are..."

James turned around, looking everywhere he could for the source of the voice, though the only few thing he could recognize in the room was a random window and Yammy.

"We would have always found you..."

In desperation he tried to back up, bumping into someone in the process. When he turned around he was face to face with an infected SB.

"You knew this day would come..."

The voice seemed to be coming from the penguin man in front of James yet... still somewhere he couldn't see. He jumped and tried get away but was stopped by another person.

Dan.

"You predicted this long ago..."

The face of the ex-scientist smirked as he 'spoke'. Another shadowy figure, Squid, also showed himself. Both were in the same condition as SB.

"You knew the consequences..."

James was surrounded in almost all directions. All the faces of his former friends taunting him everytime he turned to look at them.

"Yet you didn't listen..."

Without thinking he ducked under them, running past them to get to Yammy, who was still sleeping peacefully in the corner.

"Yammy- Yammy!" James shook her. "Yammy come on! We have to go!"

A hand was brought up to hold his.

...and squeezed with a grip strong enough to almost break his bones.

Her head twisted around to face him, her face being just like the rest of them.

"You put them all in danger."

It was at that moment James couldn't move. He couldn't move as he continued stare at Yammy's angered eyes, unable to leave his current position as he felt the others creep closer to him from behind.

All he could do was stare. Stare and accept fate.

The fate that should have awaited him long ago....

James shot up as soon as he had awoken, startling Yammy when he let out a short yell.

"James?" Yammy brought a comforting hand to his shoulder while the beekeepers breath was once again becoming quick and uneven.

Everything came rushing back to James like a brick being thrown at him. The zombies, the fight with SB, the escape from the Retirement home and Him and Yammy getting separated from Dan and Squid.

The man couldn't help but turn over and clung to Yammy, with her fully understanding what was going on and accepted his sudden embrace. He cling to her like she was his lifeline, as if the minute she was gone he would have no choice but to run out and give himself up to the hordes outside.

"It- It's all my... fault..." James couldn't help but murmur.

"What do you mean? None of this is your fault." She whispered.

"No Yammy... It's my fault it's- It'sallmyfaultI-" His voice was reduced to a low whimper before breaking out into muffled sobs.

"Shh Shh Shh... You're okay James... It's not your fault..."

James could only continue to weep. Weep for the friends they had most likely lost due to being too unaware of what had overtaken the whole server. Weep for Justin, who was most likely infected like SB. Weep for Dan and Squid, who were probably still out there somewhere, struggling to survive on whatever they have.

Most importantly of all though, he wept because he believed that he is in some way the cause of all of this.
