Manik found Nandu and Siddharth in corridoor. But what he saw, broke his heart to core.

There Nandini was crying hysterically while Sid was facing her with a smirk on his lips (Mananpanihumesha you guessed it right). Manik froze at his place seeing her in this situation. He composed himself, and in seconds ran to her. But before he could reach her, she fell on her knees.

He went to her, knelt down in front of her and took her in a tight hug. She hugged him hiding her face in his chest and was crying uncontrollably. In between her cries, she mumbled,

N- Ma..ni he ch..ea..t..ed on m..e. He ne..ver lov..ed me.

Manik caressed her head and said,

M(in tears)- Choco shaant hoja please.

But she was repeating the same line again and again. By then everyone(friends) came and was confused that what was going on(as they didn't heard Nandini's words). But they chucked it because at that moment their priority was Nandini. Mukti, Navya and Alya too knelt down near Manan while Abhi, Cabir and Dhruv were standing beside Sid.

Nandini's cries didn't stop and she fainted in Manik's arms. When he found her silent, he broke the hug and started tapping her cheeks.

M- Choco...choco. Choco aankhe khol. Please aankhe khol bacha.

He was on the verge of breaking down, but she didn't open her eyes. That was when Manik's anger overpowered him. He handed Nandu to Mukti and got up. He furiously marched towards Sid, held his collar and gave a hard punch on his jaw. He again held his(Sid) collar and jerked him towards himself and asked,

M(eyes spitting fire)- How dare you? Teri himmat kaise huyi uske saath ye sab karne ki?

And again started punching him. By then he started bleeding. He was losing his consciousness but Manik didn't stop. Then Cabir, Abhi and Dhruv came forward and tried to separate Manik from Sid but he(Manik) was not in his senses.

C- Manik chod usey. Mar jayega wo.

M(angrily shouted)- Haa maar dalunga main aaj isey.

Dh(shocked)- Manik tu yeh kya bol raha hai. Tu hosh mein to hai?

M(angrilly)- Haa hosh mein hi hu aur aaj main isey nahi chodunga.

And again he landed one hard punch on his face. Abhi forcefully separated both of them and looked at Manik angrily and said,

Ab- Kya karne jaa raha tha tu? Haan? Mar jata wo. Bhul mat he is our friend.

M(angrily)- Friend, my foot. He is a cheater. He bloody cheated on Choco.

That was it for everyone. Everyone looked at him with eyes spitting fire. Abhi marched towards him and gave a tight slap on his face. He stumbled back and fell down. Abhi was going to punch him when Cabir stopped him. Being the sensible one he said,

C- Abhi not now, hum isey baad mein dekhlenge. But now Bunny needs us.

Hearing 'Bunny' Manik looked at an unconscious Nandini but before going to her, he knelt down in front of Sid, grabbed his blood filled face between his thumb and fore finger and dangerously said,

M- Aaj ke baad mere Choco ke aas pass bhi dikhai diya na toh zinda nahi bachega.

Whole college was standing there shocked. Firstly, their rude, arrogant Nandini Murthy was crying and that too in front of whole college. Secondly, the ever so calm Manik, the peace maker Manik Malhotra was punching and threatening a guy, and not just any random guy but one his best friends. But what shocked them(students) most was Siddharth. Not for once he tried to defend himself. He had the chance to punch Manik back or fight with him(Manik) but he didn't do that. Infact when Manik was punching him, or literally killing him, he was smiling. And the question was, Why?

Manik went to Nandini, took her in his arms and went towards parking lot, while others followed him. He put Nandini in the back seat of Abhi's car and settled beside her. He made her lie down and took her head in his lap and asked Abhi to drive the car to hospital. While others followed in their and Manik's car.

The journey from college to hospital was very difficult for Manik. He was crying non stop caressing her cheeks. Her broken, crying face was flashing in front of his eyes. He tapped her face numerous times but she didn't respond. He asked Abhi,

M- Abhi woh water bottle dena.

But Abhi stopped the car with a jerk and said,

Ab- Manu hospital aa gaya hai, chal andar.

Manik nodded, took Nandini in his arms and went inside.

In Hospital

Abhi asked the receptionist for doctor. She called the doctor. Doctor came and asked the ward boy to take Nandini to a VIP ward. They put Nandini in the stretcher and took her inside. By then everyone came. Manik went towards the doctor, held his hands and pleaded,

M(crying)- Doctor, please meri Choco ko thik kardo. Main usey iss halat mein nahi dekh sakta. Please.

Dr- Hey don't cry boy. Mein dekhta hu usey. I will try my best.

Manik nodded and left his hands. While doctor entered Nandini's room. He checked her and gave her an injection, then he came out. Everyone who was standing opposite to the ward, rushed towards him(doctor). Manik asked impatiently,

M- Kya hua doctor? Wo thik to hai na?

Dr- Haan now she is fine. Maine usey injection diya hai, she will be conscious within few hours. And haan, usey bilkul bhi stress mat dena. She fainted because of excessive crying. You guys are her friends and you should know that She is very fragile. She can't bear this much stress. Just keep her happy.

Everyone nodded and Manik again asked,

M- Kya hum andar jaa sakte hai.

Dr- Haan but don't make noise.

They nodded while the doctor left. They entered her room, Manik came towards her, settled on the bed, beside her head and started caressing her hair. While the others were standing beside the bed. Everyone had tears in their eyes seeing their bubbly, chirpy doll lying lifeless on the hospital bed.
